Small project but well worth the 10 minutes it takes to accomplish. I believe SoCal posted this some time ago and I finally got around to it. The cover piece under the parking brake handle is known to fade to a dingy brown color over time. Quick fix to pull it and shoot it with some black paint for a like new look.
What was today's Sling project-Mods , goodies....?

Can we use a little purple paint, just for fun.

If I remember right, original speaker pods had Rockford Fosgate speakers.
That's correct and my son-in-law, who recently inherited my stock pods and removed the Rockford Fosgate speakers, discovered that they have a magnet the size of a quarter... lol
That explains a lot! C'mon Polaris. Really?

Huge difference! Really makes the center console complete! When we first spoke of this I believe it was too cold for rattle cans in the garage🤭

The original 2015 speaker enclosures used cheap, no-name speakers with a 5-1/2" main speaker and a 3" or so mid-range and a smaller tweeter. I left the 2 smaller speakers in place and cut the wires to them and then installed a 6.5" 3-way speaker before I decided the enclosures stuck out too far into my legroom, forcing my left leg farther to the right than I cared for and I sold them. I've now gotten tired of the SSV Works enclosures for the same reason and looking for an alternative. My initial plan is to try the UA under-dash subwoofer enclosure to free up my legroom.

Yeah, while they were RF brand, they weren't RF's normal quality. They were really cheap speakers, not what you would normally get from RF.

You could go like many of the other guys do and put all the speakers on the outside - the fender well, the head rest facing backward, the side pods, etc. That way everyone else could hear your music - except you.

Getting the red valve cover I had to change the caps up a bit. I like contrast! Also have to thank Dave@DDMWorks for the CF idea on the coil pack cover - really like how it's coming together! Caps so bright my camera couldn't photo them... will get one in daylight to see that glitter in the yellow sparkle. Dave's powder guy nailed it again!

I have my Slingshot inspected and they saw this , it is the transmission mount bolts are missing and a few others are totally loose. I’m not sure was that part of the Supercharger kit from Dave@DDMWorks
Hopefully they have the bolts so it’ll pass
-
Ouch. Hope you're able to find the bolts easily
-
If you have a rear exhaust they most likely would have had to work in that area. I don't think it is anything Super Charger related.
You can order the hardware from Polaris or once you identify size just pick some up

I’m not far from work so if they don’t have them I’m pretty sure I have them there. Should be metric

Really i mean like really . .........

Well, I'd stay away from ANYTHING that group promotes if they have it in for Slingshots

I installed my supercharger
Bolts have nothing to do with it.
