@Frankie55 Nice ammo box you have the TV on. I have a bunch of mine boxes from GTMO I stained and varnished.
Good catch, 1952 75mm
Have the same top! Enjoy! Btw it looks bad ass with both tops off
I find it difficult to get the wings off the top. It is super tight when sliding it back.

its funny - I have that link to the sway bar clamps bookmarked for well over a year and today when I posted it here I finally ordered myself a set - - got to say the place is very prompt I just received an e-mail with a tracking number - - should be here Monday
Not a big mod, but it will be my third in under a month

Weird. Maybe cause its brsnd new. I bought my sling with the top so they alwsys slid right out no issues.
I just installed my new ZZP Master Cylinder brace on Sling II I did not realize that I had never installed one on Sling II, I had forgot how much of a difference it makes. I will save people the trouble DDM and Full Blown are out of stock.
When you pair it with a set of hawk pads it really makes a difference as you know. To anyone else following this thread, we sell both. Happy to make anyone a package deal on them. You can see the brace here https://zzperformance.com/coll…hot-master-cylinder-brace
The pads can be found here https://zzperformance.com/coll…roducts/hawk-brake-pads-2 The ferro carbon offer the best stopping power but are a little dusty. The ceramic pads have great stopping power with less dust.
If anyone wants to take me up on a package deal, or If you have any questions feel free to reach out here, email me directly at kyle@zzperformance.com, or my direct line is 6164214296

Only if you can figure out my brake issue?

Being that you have been through every single component and inch of that system multiple times I am going to pass on that offer. I could probably fix it but you'd probably have to push start yourself once in a while. If we go out together we could just push start each other as needed.

Make sure they sent you the little floppy plastic cutout along with the roof to help remove it. It will sit between the rear lexan panel and the door "hinge" and protect the rear panel from the hinge scratching it as you slide it off. Don't try removing them without it. I emailed them to let me know I didn't get it with the roof, and they sent me one by USPS.
I can post a pic of it later when I get home (unless someone else beats me to it).

I knew I could count on you for support.

Does that mean you have joined the rest of us who DO actually USE our brakes?

I just like them to be there when I need them. One time at the track I took about 1 1/2 foot of the corner tread off a good BFG by waiting TOO late to hit the brakes going into turn one at 118 MPH. The tire was out of balance from then on.

May I ask where you got those great looking fogs?
Wow red lights on the front how do we know which end is which?

Amazon or E-Bay many different styles, I have been running the u shape for years. I thing I am on my 4th set because of LED failures. I think that I ordered 4 sets on the last order for spares. I made a bracket so I use the same replacements all the time.
Somewhat discouraged, bought a ddm short shifter and assault shift knob from SlingMods. I read the instructions several times, took the parts out and discovered the shift knob does not work with the short shifter. Why would SM sell someone parts that do not work together? Unless I'm missing something.

You need the piece that connects between those 2, it is an aluminum piece in your Slingshot stock.
The instructions do not mention that. I was thinking I may need to reuse thr stock shifter shaft part. I was pre-fitting before removing the shifter on the sling.
