that would be the plan. I'm still needing to get confirmation notification from the US Patent office first. Should be here before the end of the week. Had to rework items and then put the application all together. This included doing all the drawings and legal jargon. This is such a shoe string budget venture that in no way was there money for the patent lawyer. I'll dive deeper into that in a write up in another thread. Now for the short answer.... hope to. Will be getting feedback from people I highly respect here and if the confirmation is in pics to follow .
yes... yes....yes...yes...
I'd love to but I've got a conflict with doctor's appointments. I'll be reading about the trip though
I'm here.
Hey @rabtech, are we going to have to invest in one of those "hi-speed" cameras to actually catch a glimpse of you blowing by with a $#!T-eating grin on your face?
I have a lot of friends, but I don't have any that have that type of equipment. Guess I'll just have to use your name when I approach the wife for this purchase!!!
Trust me no video could do this thing justice
There were even a few guys from NASA here today looking into that motor to for the mission to Mars. I bet they could save at least a year over the current technology.
That this is just sweet sounding and scary fast.
I am sure Rab will post the video later but at one point today he broke the rear wheel loose doing about 50 mph and the screech scared the crap out of a Hawk. The Hawk almost hit him in the windshield. Every ride today we would find rabtech impatiently waiting for us walkers to catch up.
Anyone looking for he next big leap in power - DDM has the answer.
All i can say is It's a good thing that I wasn't a gifted man. I would not have been able to steer with the woody I had.... This engine takes 12.5 PSI of boost and asks for more.
And for those of you with a turbo and have been wanting to hear the turbo..... just turn up the boost. It seriously sounds like a jet engine...
Just fyi, I have been running mine at 18 psi since last weekend (still too rich with the new fuel pump, waiting on the external fpr to adjust this), and its scarry fast.
I stop at 18 because I am not sure how much that plastic manifold can take before bursting open. I have a coming solution for this in september (mouhahahaha) so its possible that I might get it into the 20-25 psi range next summer.
Can't wait to try it out on a track at the end of august lol
If you listen you can hear the traction control kicking in and the tire bawling....
And the middle finger was all in fun.... I love ya Kenny....
I have many clips of it. And yes ,,, several of them are way up in the triple digits.. The turbo really opens up when you add more boost. I love hearing the whistle of the turbine blades.
And I really like the clutch. IT DOES NOT SLIP EVER!!!!!. When you let the clutch out sh!t happens..... And when your in 4th running 90mph and you roll in the gas YOU GO FORWARD. Before I would get RPM and clutch smell....
Damn that thing sounds sweet as hell
HOLY $HI....!!!!!
Only reason you passed me is cuz I was in 2nd gear and left my parking brake on and my quick disconnect steering wheel popped off and was in my hand and I ran out of gas and I slowed down to let a squirrel run across the road.
i must get boost!!!

Oh how convenient.. DDM is only 1.5 hours away from me

That always seems to happen at the least optimal time. Any one of those things not happening and I'm sure Rab would have been your Bitc instead of the other way around. There's always next time. I'm sure the squirrel is happy you didn't let your ego get the best of you.
