But it will haul ass. I had a new model Mustang pull up beside me and he looked over and nodded and went around me. I looked at my speedometer and I was cruising at 80mph. I let him get a pretty good way in from of me and I started easing into the gas. I was running about 85 to 90 when I got to him and by this time he was to. I saw a puff of smoke come out and I knew what he did. I dropped a gear laid into the gas and I "shit u not" I almost ran thru him. I dropped out in the left lane and pulled by him instantly till I hit 130ish. I backed out and he waved as he came back by. .. this all happened within a few seconds. All i can say is wow. It pulls like a bull when u turn up some rpm!
It would have been even more awesome if I could hear myself think. The exhaust is so unbearably loud.

You know that for the most part relatively stock SS can keep up with the turbo and super chargers.
I have watched @FunCycle run so close to @rabtech he actually rattled his cage. Remember the top end on these things is the same no matter how much power you have. The only advantage is getting there faster. But a good driver can make up for the power difference in how he or she handles the machine.. -

Stock is great - I've surprised some fellas (and maybe even myself) taking off from a light or two - but would love to see more videos from the better drivers on the forum too

And keep the RPM's in the power band, somewhere between 3500 and 5000 RPM and stay out of 5th gear

So, you feel that if the wheel spins, that will soften the blow the extra power is delivering to the drivetrain? I'll accept that, but, it won't eliminate it.
Speaking of super sticky tire ... are you still running the factory rear tire dimensions? Or, have you change them it out?
