agree, I'm ordering one

I saw Tim's last weekend in person. It looks great. It appears to be very well made and is at least a half of an inch thick. There were several arguments for and against with the group that day.
Does it work?
How much drag/loss? It's like full flaps up to stop on an airplane.
Some bags/accessories will no longer mount due to design. It mounts directly to the roll hoops. It looks great! Did I say that already

damn it tim0341, now I have to come up with a different design. yours is too close to the one I was thinking of. damn jarheads think alike.

Thank you my friend! It's got the Texas flag and the Eagle!

Looks great ... others have started to install them in front of the roll hoops due to reports of the plexi flexing at highway speed and touching/scarring the paint on the center fin. I wouldn't want your custom paint to get messed up. Maybe a well placed stick on bumper or two on the fin just in case.
Sounds like they may need to add some supporting mounts on the inner portion of the hoops ...I guess this may also answer the wind drag question if enough air is hitting it directly to bend the material.

Damage after just ten miles of driving. Wind Restrictor is releasing a fix in the future. I have seen this on several SlingShots already, this one is mine. I like the functionality and the looks, but seems like another vendor rushing to the market. They have had the opportunity to to warn owners, these pictures were forwarded ten days ago. I did receive a positive response, but I feel everyone should be knowledgeable.

Looks good Danna

Had a Solstice that I put a rear wind deflector on and it made a huge difference in cockpit turbulence. A clear piece of plexi about 6" X 40" would accomplish this on the SS. The Windrestrictor is a premium product, large, etched and lighted. There would probably be a good size market for small, simple and cheap.
