I still have 2 coats of gloss clear for the calipers to go.
Somthing this beautiful should be clear coated over and not painted....
That is beautiful! If we can get one in Canada...?
That kit looks way better with the ddm works logo on it. Really looking forward to someone putting this kit on a track. In other words would a supercharged or turbo sling with this kit be able to perform/ handle as good as an ariel atom?

Whenever Dave@DDMWorks wants to do a track day I am sure he will pick up my Slingshot on the way so he can get even more realtime data. Everyone that knows me knows that I am a straight line kind of guy..... Unfortunately I will miss this next land speed event however I am looking forward for a much more eventful next year. I don't mind speed at all. I will hold the "go fast" pedal till she comes unglued….. So far my top number is 152.somthing.... I don't remember the last digit. On that run we have video of it spinning the back tire at about the 1/4 mile point....With two super sticky tires it should give me the ability to hammer on it much harder from the start point....
Dave has really aquired some serious data as we put this kit on. He is all about data. He has found balance points and weighed every corner. He is removing my front QA1 single adjustable coilovers and replacing them with the DDMWorks double adjustable coilovers. And he is installing the same double adjustable DDMWorks coilovers on the rear. The DDMworks kit will have a sway bar soon. The kit was designed with additional mounting points just for the mounting of a sway-bar.
Right now the rear brake will be the stock Solstice caliper. I am installing the more aggressive brake pads and just to keep everything from getting hot and warping DDM has sourced a cross drilled and slotted rotor that we are installing. As soon as we get my Sling on the ground and some miles on it I believe Dave is going to develop a 4 piston Wilwood kit to match the front kit.

From what I understand it will be about a week or two when Dave@DDMWorks has some pricing ready for everyone. I am guessing they will be offering the kit with different options.
I want to let everyone know to use all the self control that you have when the initial orders go in. I am guessing it will take a little bit to get the kits built up and ready to go out the door. It is going to be worth the wait for sure. Another big thing that everyone needs to know is that the DDMWorks version of this kit is backed by DDMWorks support.
At this moment I can tell everyone that this kit is visually a monster. During the initial testing phase I'm not going to try to break it on purpose. However I will not be holding back at all. I will have videos and pictures posted soon of the kit up close during drifting. I will mount cameras in several places to capture the rear suspension in action during the launch off the line.
Just hang in there.... Lots of data is coming soon
The panda in Tripod’s Slingshot - Nov. 2015...
That suit looks hot as hell!
You mean “hot” as in sexy?!
This is awesome! Congrats! I have been telling people that the Slingshot in factory form is a blast. But adding the 4th wheel lets you take the training wheels off and really see what it can do! And if you are boosted, it's a must!
rabtech very nice brother. Tell Dave all I wanted was a new dash! Just sayin.
Best of luck with it. Hope you don't change the name of the forum to quadinfo.com
I looked, it's not available
I will lift one wheel from time to time just to make sure it knows how to run on 3..

You would have to go around a curve real hard to lift a wheel and you do not like curves so that ain't going to happen.
I am painting the swaybar now to match the yellow. It is taking a while but im getting there.....
you breaking in Dave's new bigger oven?
Looking good Rab!
