Welcome! There's tons of knowledgeable people here all willing to help. The DIY section is a great rabbit hole to fall down if you've got some time to burn.
And there are lots of great suppliers on this forum too.
But a word of advice: DRIVE the SS for a while before buying ANYTHING. Ride with other folks. Go to shows. See what other people have done. Then get a credit card your significant other doesn't know about.
LOTS of good folks out there in Indiana! In fact, there's so many the Slingshot is considered rather pedestrian. Now move out here to the Pacific NW and become a Rock Star! You can join our club - we've filled the roles of President and Vice President and are now actively seeking a Member!
Honestly you have good company out there in the Crossroads of America. We're big on pics here gnewkirk , let's see your ride.(and a big ol' s#!+ eating grin).
Welcome Greg. The people on this forum are more knowledgeable than Polaris. I am convinced Polaris reads this forum for ideas for upcoming Slingshot builds.
I was a newbie here in 2018 and this group welcomed me with open arms and I have never looked back.
I've said this a bunch of times and I will keep saying it.
As much fun as driving the Slingshot is, the people on this forum is what really makes the Slingshot experience what it is. You'll see.
