Regarding Kerrville:
Yeah, we're watching. Right now, rules are supposed to expire on Sept 30 - the day Kerrville starts. But subject to change. Even while I'm typing this.
That being said, I usually camp at the Kerrville State Campground when I go. If the event doesn't officially happen, we can meet up there and have a great time. I can still show you the roads around including The Three Sisters.
