Elon Musk introduces new Electric Trike
Looks like a "Cyber Truck" with a birth defect.
The original Teslas all looked cool, where the heck is Musk going with these Buck Rogers reject designs!?

It showed up in a Bookface group I am on "Obscure Cars for Sale" this morning, can't find it again now, if I do, I'll post the link.
Holy cow! That thing is awesome. It would surely kill me...
There's a company I've been talking with that is based here in MI a couple hours away from us called Corso Concepts. They're making a reverse trike Similar to the Scorpion P6 but looks a LOT more complete and sophisticated. The P6 uses a 600cc sport bike engine where the Corso California is using a 1300cc Suzuki Hayabusa power plant. The whole thing only weighs 800lbs and the front end looks like a F1 car. They are going to be testing it this spring at Gratten Raceway which is only 30-40min from ZZP. I've also offered to have them bring it to ZZP and do some power pulls on our dyno. I really hope that happens. They haven't said anything about pricing yet so I am curious to see how it will compare to slingshot pricing. If you want to check it out, you can see it here https://corsoconcepts.com/

"We are currently building the first Corso California prototype vehicle (Chassis No. 000). The prototype will be ready for track validation summer 2021. Once validation is complete, we plan to open customer build spots. Our “launch edition” series will be limited to 10 units produced over 2 years. We will offer both “turn-key” and “kit” options."
10 units over 2 years? - - - I suspect it will be very hard to keep the price anywhere near my range if they are only making 10 units
but - - I do like it!
My guess the Corso will go between $40 and $60k.
Sweet home built reverse trike:

Another very cool find!
Back in 2010, my Wife and I visited Orlando and the attractions and then drove down to the Miami suburbs so I could check out a home-built reverse trike. The asking price was $7K, but I decided against the purchase since it had a few problems and since I hadn't built it, I would have no idea as to what might be causing any problems. It was pretty much a slab-sided vehicle /wo much in the way of body panels.
I still wish Venture Vehicles which became Persu Mobility had made it to market with their leaning 3-wheeler based on the leanign technology developed by Carver in the Netherlands. Here's a link to a video from Venture Vehicles showing the carver in operation (the actual ride starts around 2:20)

I remember WAY back in the day in one of the motorcycle magazines, there was a company that made a trike kit where you'd basically remove your front tire, instrumentation, seat, steering and bolted it into they "car kit".
Snarky humor - too funny...
I will let this speak for itself

I assume he serves as a meat-sac airbag to protect the rest of the trike!
That scares me and I am fearless. What was that guy thinking.
