Yes always got 34,35mpg on my 2015 sl. I attribute this to owning a Ford fusion hybrid. It taught me how to drive but I do get on it with the sling quite often. The 25mog is in 35degree weather so maybe it will pick up in warmer weather.
Where Did You Take Your Slingshot Today?

Ask my daughter. Last Kerrville, she and I did The Three Twisted Sisters ourselves. I had filled up before driving there and when we got done, the fuel ran out just as we turned into the gas station, literally 20 feet from the pumps and I just coasted in.......
Since, this has been brought up, how close is everyone's "miles until empty " ? Closest I have ran is 30 to empty

I have a 2016 and have had the 'empty' light come on a couple of times (maybe more in 98,000 miles) and have never put in more than 8.1 gals when I filled up. I never worry about mileage --- if Slingshot is thirsty give her a drink.

When you get me down to 20 miles left, the MTE goes out. I've done 25+ miles after that, but I was puckering the whole way. (Out in the middle of Texas with no stops anywhere. That was the 1st station we found and I'm pretty sure the gas was bad.)

on my 15 I was in the turnpike to OKC and the low fuel light came on. By the time I got to an exit all the dash lights started flashing. Figured it was serious because it took 9.28 gallons to fill.
in my 17 I coasted the last 20 feet to the pump once. I try not to do this. -
Did a 42 mile trip with the new supercharger. Sling really drives more smoothly. Only negative, I went from 35mpg to 25mpg.
35 to 25? Who the heck gets 35 miles to the gallon? I’m lucky to get 27!

My SLR averages 30.5 pretty consistently.

Hummmm I will zero mine out before our trip and see what happens on the road. I have always been ecstatic to just get close to 28🙂
but then again I got that look and nod from my beautiful wife about my driving habits not too long ago having just come back from the woodshed perhaps my new habits will gave me some mileage🧐 -

on mine I get between 18 and 20 mpg or less, but I have a big smile on my face when some mustang or the like try to keep up on the on-ramp to an interstate 😂😂

Again, maybe things will balance out for me. Header, exhaust, cold air intake, and a lighter foot mandated by my beautiful wife and we shall see how things look after this run.

Instead of 'city' and highway' mileage, I look at WW and WOW (with wife and without wife). Pretty big diff.

I would have to caution about running tank empty. Iam not sure where the pickup for fuel is in the tank but if its at the very bottom guess what else sits on the bottom. Thats right water, dirt which could get sucked into the fuel system.

I have never had a problem in 103,000 miles and using Lucas Gas treatment every 5,000 miles.

Ha, I did exactly that in the middle of Montana. Flashing low fuel, nothing as far as the eye could see, and when we finally coasted into "town" there was one pump with one kind of gas.

Today I took my Slingshot to the dealers, HoleShot PowerSports in Fleming Island Fl, for her 500 mile.
