Thank's to @Nemesis1701 and @Bubblehead to give me an idea, this what I came up with. Costs are less then $90.00. Also we just tested it in works great (went 80 Mph) when in open position, you won't believe how much airflow you get, when in closed (Rain, cold weather) the airflow is cut back quiet a bit.
Made a Sun / Wind / Rain Visor

@mytoy that looks awesome, even better than the one I paid $400 for..... mine works great and I love that both driver and passenger can control their side seperately, but I wish the mounting points on the plxie-glass were further apart.

Great work @mytoy, I'm soon offering a fully enclosed windshield with my roofs and have considered setting up a wiper blade and motor on my demo then just recommending. the make and model for customers to save money sourcing their own. Any suggestions ?

Here is the windshield wiper I used, hope it helps. Not cheap, but is works.

If anyone from our great Forum would be interested to make there own, I could give a list of parts to make it (at no cost, just to pay forward). And if needed some instructions.

My doctor is also my accountant. He called me Friday and said he reviewed my records and determined that I have enough money to last the rest of my life. He then said to come into his office this morning to discuss my last test results. Sure hope they're not related to his phone call

@Moto864 here are the parts I used, I've plenty of the nuts for the aluminium extrusion left.
Just make sure you check you tube diameter so you order the correct bar clamps, the same is true for the extrusion length.2 each2 each (1 set) 4 each
Check the length, should be long enough I had to cut mine. -
Wow great info...I was just thinking about how I could make a sunvisor and like magic we have one...
Did you consider using a tinted plexiglass? I'm thinking strictly as a sun visor and a clear one wouldn't be much good. I might take it one step farther and make it a bifold with the top several inches black and tinted under it so you can see through it...like car visors...you can't see through the visor but when you add the slightly tinted one to it ...it's just better.

I see @mytoy has a bullet speed top... Do you think this could work on the MeanSling sport top? @Ruptured Duck? Just curious...

anything can work. In this case 7/8" clamps would be needed for the tops A-arms.
The tilt feature will come into play yet again.
If applied to the inside of the top from lip so that it tilted with the top rather than being mounted to the arms might also work.
All things add cost and complexity.
