It was hands down one of the most exciting events I have been to. The weather was only a small issue all things considered. The hill climb and auto cross were spectacular. The vendors were amazing and worked hard. @ivor put on a great event. Really appreciated all those that came from all over including some of the folks that made the trek from Canada. I think we had representation from about 8 different states if not more. As this event grows every year, it doesn't seem to lose it's "family" like vibe. Can't wait to see everyone next year.

TravAZ, funny you should mention combined times in an earlier post. Ivor's son gave me the time sheets for the hillclimb and the autocross and Bugeater came out on top with a combined time of 3:09.21 and you had second with 3:11.05. Jeff the cop was third at 3:12.86 and his autocross time was in his squad car. This was our third Slingshotroadsters rally and we had a great time. Total mileage for us was 2850. Thanks to Ivor, the vendors and the Avon police dept. for a great rally.

That is awesome!
There is hard proof the turbo machines are faster! Can't wait to get mine back on the road. -
Wow, it was one incredible trip we had. What a great event. @Turbosling and @JeffWelter, thanks for helping Ivan with two of the greatest events ever pulled off at a rally IMHO The hill climb and autocross were just fantastic. I'm about to run out of verbs. To those I met personally, or those I just passed in the night, thank you all for a great week with awesome memories. We did all 13.5 hours (960 miles) today. I'm glad I have shocks and seats that are not factory!
@slolane I can't say enough about your knowledge and kindness, and your wife is one tough cookie!
@MBMedic and @SLLE Canada It was great meeting my northern friends and putting faces with these names!
@SaltyJ It is always my pleasure to see you.
@RichArlt You are a class act, I'm glad I got to know you.
@adventure4me Great meeting a legend!
@StickerDick Thanks for the decals, and letting me check out that Honda. It kind of reminded me of the last boat I had that broke something every time I took it out. That being said, it is an original and obviously you have spent countless hours on it.
@mniron Phil, it was great talking with you and seeing your fantastic clean looking machine. The fenders didn't flap at all on the way home.
The rest of you made an impact as well, it was a great week! Thanks @ivor Nathan for working so hard to keep us all in line and on time.Last but not least, a shout out to my brothers in blue at Avon PD without whom the best events would not have happened. Stay safe out there.
Ditto @Texas T! What an amazing group of people! Thanks for all the fun, and for showing off that "BETA" Wycked Hitch.......you can now put in the new diamond receiver! Haaa

Avon PD@Texas T was fortunate enough to remember everyone's screen name. I however knew I missed a few, so I am taking the liberty of quoting everyone's names here.
It was an absolute pleasure getting to meet everyone. The events were outstanding and so much fun.
@otter I wish you and your Sling a speedy recovery. I truly wish this hadn't darkened a spectacular event.
My wife & I had a wonderful time down in Colorado. We will definitely be coming back next year.

What a great event it was and I am so relieved Otter walked away. When I radioed to the spotters for his location and no one could see him my stomach dropped. I feared the worst that the went over the edge.

Damn it, I tried, lol.
Should have been looking at my pics when I did that, lol. I hate liver, chopped or otherwise, lol.

I don't have the sheets.I presume Henry Chan or Jeff Welter do.What I can tell you is the Turbos were quicker by a few seconds on the Hill Climb which goes to show a turbo or Supercharger counts in this environment. However on the Autocross they did not count.A normal engine won that.

@Turbosling do you have them ?
