Will the Welter 2.5" exhaust work with this setup?

So the dyno chart listed alpha header @Chowder... That won't work, but the 1320 header will... Not sure if a change in dyno results (alpha/1320 vs 1320/WPDE) assuming all else remains the same (DDM equipment).
Trying to help and demonstrate some things I've learned being on here! Hope I'm right...

These cams will not be happy with turbo engines, they have too much duration and valve overlap to work well with the turbo kits out there. We are working on something for the poor souls early adopters that chose a turbo instead of a supercharger though

That run was with the Alpha header and 1320 exhaust, typically the 1320 exhaust makes a little more power than the Welter 2.5" exhaust, but it is not something we have tested yet on this setup with the cams. We did do that testing before on the stock cams (1320 exhaust vs. Welter) and I am going to guess based on that testing, the Welter might be down 5-10HP max from the 1320 exhaust at this power level. Allis good sir...as I told you I am looking for a second sling to wrap around the motor in my shop - that will be with one of your superchargers.

@Dave@DDMWorks just curious how did it sound with this new Cam? Did you notice a slight more aggressive or fuller exhaust note. I know the sound is subjective on each persons ear but just wanted to know what you felt. Thanks.

I'll be following this closely. From past experience with my Harleys, it is much better to choose a setup that is proven to give the end result you are looking for. To get the best bang for the buck, you pick a system that you like that complements all the components working together. I am a fan of both lower boost to keep the stock reliability, and the overlapping cam to flow more freely. 1320 exhaust is what I was looking to anyway, so this combo really has my attention. I have reservations for Maggie Valley, and this likely will be offered by then. Look forward to talking to you first hand.
