Cold and wet in Northern Indiana ... going round and round with the TAX MAN so working on that stuff.
"Corona Virus" What did you do today?

Need pics to prove it happened....
Oh it's happening! Like I'm constantly telling Sara, it's gotta get worse before it gets better.
I'll put tongue and groove cedar on the lid.
New front door.
-
Next week going to take the Staff over and paint a duplex I own, than the next projext will hopefully be one to make a little money.
-
With the grocery stores running out of food, I had to look for alternative sources. I found a guy on eBay selling a "Bacon in the Rough" and the price seemed worth a try. I wonder how long before I see hickory smoked bacon popping out on the ground

Been cleaning the Slingshot today. It’s been a while since it had a good cleaning. Man that Southern pollen gets everywhere.
-
Sat around all day waiting for USPS to see if my Slingmod order would arrive to give me something to do .......
.......tick tock tick tock tick tock.....
-
Just sitting in since Maine has a stay-at-home order. Well I actually raked some Fallen branches today took a couple hours
-
Was sitting on the front porch, watching everything green up and bloom out...
Pollen playing hell with my sinuses.
Had to do something.
Grabbed the polesaws, loppers, and gloves...
And cleared the encroaching brush from along the gravel drive.
And now I am sitting here waiting for the antihistamine medications to kick in so I can frickin breath through my nose again.
-
Most of the "stay put" means don't go out and gather in groups. Getting the Slingshot out and going for a ride in the 'country' would be good therapy. Asked the wife yesterday if she wanted to---said no and than I opened to patio door next to her
chair and 5 min later she was in the Slingshot and we down the road out in the country.

The project might not make money but the duplex does. I was just quoted $4,500 to paint two 1560 sq ft ranch duplexes EjFord . Sounds like a pretty good price to me, eh? That's money you don't have to spend (I know, you still have labor and materials. There is no free lunch).

Interior or exterior? At that price I hope the painter is using paint.

well, after adding 1,500 pounds or so of cow manure to the veggie garden, and, an equal amount a sand and about 500 pounds of lime...it was rototilling time!!!!
Got that done, rolled out the landscape fabric and cut hole for the tomato plants. Got all 15 tomato plants in and then spread the 4 bales of straw over the fabric.
Tomorrow, the eggplant, basil, hot peppers and pumpkins go in.
Will have most of the garden done before we leave on our annual trip to New England next week. Whew!!
-
just kickin back with me lady and taking in the view of our pasture

I'm sorry...
But, how the hell can you tell?
You see that one wire?
The one coming off the table near the top center?
Hook that up and it's done.
Wait. No ground. You're screwed.
