Where did you buy the shop manual, if you can share?
I found one on a disc on eBay.....somewhere in the forum there are instructions on how to install it on an iPad/iPhone....I have it in Dropbox.
I also printed it out...it filled 3 notebook/binders.

Ahhh, so NOW I see what Ms Angel sees in you!! lol I've felt like that pic many times until I moved south to FLORIDA and have been trying to get the sand out from between my toes ever since

Oil leaks are not all that bad. At least you know it has oil in it. And if it leaks enough it will keep all the steel bits from rusting. Just think of it as "slippery undercoating"

I keep checking my oil and it's always the same. It says it's adequate

....ok so went on a all day run yesterday and once it sat last night I awoke to that MFer oil drop.......removed the intake once again and now see once I unplugged the engine oil pressure switch PLUG that oil was coming out of the PLUG ( electrical connector ) ........I can only assume this isn't supposed to be happeneing and that I need to order a new switch .....
-
That’s a self oiling electrical plug...Polaris invented it to keep the electrical connections from corroding...
-
.......so I pulled the switch and I know oil shouldn't be in the end of the switch where the electrical plug goes and I also know this should have been a warranty job BUT as they say, if you want something done right.........Do it yourself !
