Wow, that's a little intense. 
I think those foot pegs are as beautiful as that classic bike,I just loved it.
So I'm playing with an idea...I'd like to take a foot platform for a motorcycle, preferably one that folds, and mount it on the roll cage tubing at the front of the passenger side, so the right foot can be stretched out and rested on it outside of the cockpit, like just above the fender.
Are you doing it for additional leg-room for the passenger? I guess I am asking- is the end result more leg room for the passenger side? If so, @Cobra did an incredible modification that ended up giving his passenger MORE leg room than the driver-side. It was not an expensive mod, as he had already gotten rid of the stock muffler. Super clean looking and very comfortable!
I have thought about it but honestly didn't want to deal with the liability aspect. We haven't done one for the Jeeps for the very same reason. sounds stupid but its something we have to think about for every product.
With that said you may see a vendor offer them in the future if the demand is high. For now your gonna need to put it together using different parts.
Start with a billet clamp like the one below. you can then just thread in a foot peg and see how that works for starters.
You cloud place them so they could be flipped down when using and flipped up out of the way the rest of the time.

I've rested my foot out on the fender on more than a couple occasions.... Like the air going up my pants leg into the crevasses...

When either of my sons ride with me, they frequently put their right leg out and place their foot on the back of the splash guard / fender.
Interested in seeing what you experiment with and position on the frame.
