Dirty old man in Northern Indiana with clean record and paying $325.00 year full coverage --- 12 months. A lot depends on where you live, age and record. My thought if your paying more than $450.00 year better shop.
-
......I was paying $462 a year for both my bikes with progressive, got a quote from state farm that isnt bad but I've decided to wait til my policy ends on 10 Oct (a few days b4) and then switch to a new policy.......and will keep checking around for a better price.........
-
Here in Oklahoma, I have mine with All State and its $35 per month.
-
My Sling is insured by Foremost for about $56 a month.

My Sling is insured by Foremost for about $56 a month.
I'm paying less than 1/2 that...shop around a little. I have my Slingshot on a stand alone policy --- full coverage with an additional medical for $325.00 year --12 months.

......so i went with State Farm for both my bikes a few days ago after i was going to wait til next season to continue my insurance and sit em down for the winter BUT Temps hitting the 70s changed that thought......and I love the scenic routes I take during this time of year with the trees changing colors....

Well, if y'all don't know, Geico just raised my rates out the roof. Because policies were combined with Auto, Home, and RV, and because those policies were combined with my daughters (3 accidents btwn the 2 of them in 3 yrs), they more than doubled my rates to over $1200/yr just for the SS and over $1000/month for everything combined.
I was able to get the SS on Safeco through another's recommendation for $535/yr. Had to switch the Auto and RV over to Progressive for about the same price I was paying for before Geico raised my rates. Got a little while before the Home renews so will have to look then.

I feel your pain, Geico just raised the rates on our 2 Slingshots also, need to check into other places, Jumped to $1713 for both of the Slingshots and our 2016 hasn't even been on the road for well over a year.

Just renewed with progressive in Jersey. Motorcycle and slingshot combined, $750 but I go overboard to over insure my coverage.
-
......they will all keep raising their rates, how else will they pay for all these disasters, surely not out of their pockets......no that's to easy ...just raise the rates

I was only paying $249 per year until last summer when I sold my Slingshot. It was through Allstate and was well insured. I kept the same coverage with them on the Vanderhall and the premiums only went up about $50 per year. When i needed them when the Vanderhall was totalled, the entire process was quick, painless and well handled. Within 30 days of the accident, it went from calling in the claim, waiting a week for the dealer to allow me to ship it to them to do an estimate, the entire claim process to a check in my hand. I'll stay with Allstate as long as they stay with rates, customer service and professionalism like this

My anual full coverage is $325.00 He can write coverage in many states. I do relize that there are lots of things that change cost but what your paying is crazy. -

Then they raised my rates so now had to move to Progressive. Reality is im paying the same now as I was with Allstate before they raised the rates initially, even though my vehicles are paid off and older. I guess they gotta pay for those football stadiums 🏟 some how.

Progressive Insurance just a little over $700 for the two Slingshots and the Harley per year. State Farm wanted $750 for just the 2016, I was paying $350 per year for the 2015 at the same time.

Progressive 235 for sling
Progressive $251.00 Thru Dan in Texas.... Was going to bring the policy to my local agent who has all my other insurance with Celina --- 6 Autos, home, rental, and business. Celina won't cover the Slingshot, and for my local agent to write the same policy was going to be $495.00...Dan kept the business.
