Beautiful country.
Where Did You Take Your Slingshot Today?

Never listen to music while riding. Love to hear the sound of the engine/muffler

Only 1200 miles from me. That looks like a bucket list trip! Absolutely beautiful!

FWIW we absolutely loved our trip down to Monterey, so if you have the time, the trip up is also well worth it.

Country road in South Jersey. They are getting harder and harder to come by.

Perhaps someday we will. Right now we are sitting out the September heat and looking forward to our fall and winter rides. Right now it’s just too darn hot!😅

I can handle the heat, but humidity these last few days and the afternoon thunder storms really suck
fortunately they are saying we are going to be drying out starting tomorrow

I was going to take my Sling to my doctors appointment today. Rain was called for most of the day but I don't mind a little rain. Well just before leaving the house the bottom dropped out and it rained 2.32" per hour and I recored 2.48" at my house. Many lighting strikes and the electricity went out. I took the Jeep. Good thing to as the ditches were full to road level and a lot of the roads were flooded. I don't like the reports I read of Slings hydroplaning even though I turn the nannies of. So riding after the rain was a no go also. Maybe at the speeds I drive I need not worry.

160 mile hot fudge sundae run. Sorry no pics. Actually rode behind another sling for awhile from NH. Don't see many slings on the road up my way.

Is that a Bobs Big Boy? I've always wanted to try on of their burgers. I thought they went out of business?

250 mile ride today good first journey for my sling. Half Aces & Eights, orange loop and Devils Triangle. Wow with better suspension does that change a lot for the good.

A sad trip today... Many know Kelly Brooks for the Indy area. Went to a memorial for her husband and daughter. Blake(husband) was in the hospital in a comma when Mandy passed and he died two days later. We had about 20 Slingshots show for the memorial. I was glad to represent the 'old guard' having knowing Kelly and Blake since the early days.

Perhaps from one but no, it is at “Angelo’s” Berger’s in Carlsbad. Amazing pastrami burgers with homemade onion rings 😋

175 miles to the beach and 72-102 degrees 😅
Then there is this…..will someone please sit them down and enlighten them.🥴

Memorial ride today for Alex Montoya, the young man from our group who passed in a tragic Slingshot accident a couple years ago.
Wanted to make sure and take a minute when this stop presented the opportunity to take a photo to commemorate the 20th anniversary of 9/11. I still remember and was heavy on my mind today. My thoughts and prayers are with each name read aloud today, the survivors still going strong, and this country as a whole. May one day we again find the unity that arose from the ashes that day. 🙏🇺🇸

It is so tough to post a like on these two sad events. Life is sometimes taken for granted, but when it is suddenly taken away well before its time, the hole left is huge and effects a lot more than just the families. My heart goes out to those effected and hope they can find peace in the memories they experienced while they were here with us

Mother-in-law is in town for the week. Got the trans flushed again this time with the right fluid and she asked if I'd take her for a ride...heck yeah. She loved it, said she has to convince hubby to sell lame golf cart and get one of these to tool around neighborhood instead when back home in IN!

Sweet!!

Got out for a bit today.... I have probably been to Gunnison Colorado 50 times or more and never noticed the 14 Acre museum they have there... it was too much to take in in one day.... anyways about 400 smiles today...
