Really wish we could. We have a daughter that had stage 3b Ovarian cancer. She was diagnosed in November. We take her to chemo every week on wednesdays. She had 9 rounds then surgery. Was off for 3 weeks then 15 more rounds. She has 4 more to go so pushes us to the end of May. Having a celebration party at the house on the 27th for her then Walk For Life the first of June. She is doing well and all her numbers look good so we are blessed. She is a sweetheart at 37 years old. Next year brother or just go with @Bill Martin and @funinthesun to SSITR. It's going to be a great trip.
Great support, stay close!
going to try another dealer this afternoon just to have more measurements for comparison and peace of mind. At lunch will be back up to Water jet of Atlanta (outstanding service) to do one final revision to the top-arm bracket.
In Polaris defence what I'm using as my mounting points we're never intended to have build critical dimensions. Also the single , easy to use center latch does amplify any difference left to right.
Original designs had a different front connection that hid the issue. It wasn't until I locked down the most practical method that the variation became apparent. The best I can till it's a 1 degree variation that is amplify at the end of my arms. Take a 1 degree change and extend out 24" and it becomes a measurable amount. It's not the mounts being different so much as it's the welded on nuts behind the frame mounting surface for the mirror brackets. The nuts can be slightly off center to the bracket hole.
I think the 1/2" spacing of the front two mounting holes will allow side to side adjustments for us unlucky soles with slightly off mounts. For those with correct SS this allows a height adjustment up front.
As with any product you learn and grow. If it appears to be a much bigger number of affected SS than a new front mount design will be required. This will change cost so let's hope the numbers are few.j
A lot of what you are seeing is evident in the Bullet and Twist tops. When connecting to the roll bars and mirror mounts, a lot of force has to be put on some and not others to get them to line up.
What @Slingrazor said... had to use ratcheting tie downs to pull mine to mount. Not excessive but to get alignment...

The crazy thing is the same top I have to force on mine almost lines up perfectly on my wife's.

Agree it took 3 men to line up mine.
well there you go.... I'm not freaking crazy then.
Ok.... I need to think about this a little.......
almost wonder if this was one of the reasons for the Polaris SlingShade top being put on hold....?

Thanks @jorgebri60. She is doing very well considering. Takes after her mother as strong and hard headed as she is. I'm thinking of throwing a thread out there to support her walk for life the first of June for some small donations.
@Spudinator glad to hear the news
ok... Just finished up with Atlanta Water jet. I think I have it solved.
If your top can't be evened out with the adjustment built into the brackets than yours is in worse shape than mine. I just need to except there will be some I can't accommodate.
It is very important to note that without you guys I wouldn't have been able to resolve this quickly. Thanks for all your help. Big help knowing the other tops have a similar problem regarding this mounting point. I'm sure those guys are aware.
