W H O officially a pandemic

    This morning Walmart HO sent 4000 people home till Apr 3. Had to go to the super center for a couple items. Sam’s and WM are packed and product is disappearing fast. Cold and flu section empty. At least 20% of staples empty. People are insane and news media is making it worse all the time.

    I was really thankful for Sam’s Club phone scan/checkout app. There about 9 am and there were no less than 15 customers in each checkout line. Even the detergent line was almost empty. 4 boxes of Tide HE were all that were left. Luckily that’s was what I needed.

    I bought all of this stuff 5 weeks ago, I knew where this was headed. Hurricane is bad enough but Nation wide?

    Well I thought you guys were kidding about toilet paper. We weren't looking for any but two stores we went to, to by various things were out. I don't get this Panic buying are people stupid? Of course ask me that two or three weeks from now when we have no food. I may change my mind.

    Use your finger and then use one square to clean your finger! On that order 5 weeks ago I ended up with twice what I though I was ordering, my mistake. One was supposed to be paper towels, so last week I ordered the paper towels and doubled that order

    There is just so many people today that buy what they need each day, tomorrow does not exist until they need something. I reckon in their mind they think they are saving money. It is just like manufacturing today with their parts to build something. Receive materials just in time. I cannot live like that I have better things to do that stop at a DAMN store every day.

    Just use an old toothbrush. It will be a little rough on yer butt, but yer breath will smell better and that cavity won't get any bigger

    Nope but have recently found that what we call PC brand (president choice) which is basically a no name brand has a really awesome cookie dough chocolate chip. I use to think the more expensive name brand was the way to go for taste and quality and the wife brought this home one day and i tried it reluctantly and was really surprised and now thats number one in the house

    The story begins,


    Chinese officials are pushing back on the expression “Wuhan coronavirus” — saying the name used frequently by American conservative leaders and commentators to describe the place COVID-19 originated unfairly stigmatizes the Asian nation and borders on being racist.


    The coronavirus was first detected in Wuhan, China, in December. At that time, many media around the world began referring to it as the “Wuhan virus.” But last month, after some pressure, the World Health Organization renamed the illness COVID-19 in an effort to destigmatize a specific location or group of people.


    And like clockwork, here come House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and socialist Reps. Ilhan Omar and Alexandria-Ocasio Cortez.

    Pelosi tweeted to House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy, who had used the phrase “Wuhan virus”: “Bigoted statements which spread misinformation and blame Asians and the Asian American community for #coronavirus make us all less safe. @GOPLeader must delete this tweet and apologize immediately.”


    Omar said, “Viruses don’t have nationalities. This is racist.”

    And right on cue, the always race-card playing Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez chimed in, dutifully bowing to the Beijing line by saying that Americans who were temporarily steering clear of Chinese restaurants were guilty of “straight-up racism around the coronavirus.”


    In other words? In other words Pelosi and her leftist comrades are doing exactly what the Chinese Communist Party demands: taking a perfectly logical name for the coronavirus — its place of origin — and making it a racial issue.


    Apparently white Americans must now be belatedly incensed that Lyme disease was named for a town in Connecticut that, according to Wikipedia, had a census-recorded population that is 98.2 percent white. Not to mention that according to this logic they should also be infuriated with the racially insensitive World Health Organization, which has posted this page that is headed:

    Lyme Borreliosis (Lyme disease)


    And surely white Germans believe the World Health Organization is racist for posting this page on its website. The title:

    Marburg virus disease

    Which, clearly, has to be a racist slur against the all-white German town where that virus originated.


    The Chinese government is silent about the naming of Lyme disease and the Marburg virus — and so, curiously, are Pelosi, Omar, and Ocasio-Cortez. The Chinese government is also silent about the WHO using the name of a white-majority American town and a white majority German town. Ditto Pelosi, Omar, and Ocasio-Cortez. Apparently the instructions from the Chinese government to their American puppets are either not yet out or, according to their own logic, they are simply racist.


    What Pelosi and the others are vividly illustrating is that they will do exactly what the Chinese Communist government wants — play the race card to divide Americans. And they are shamelessly doing it at a time when Americans face a serious health crisis that knows no race.


    All of which effectively makes the Speaker of the House and her like-minded fellow Democrats something not seen in America since the days of Alger Hiss and the epidemic of left-wing U.S. government officials spying for the Communist Soviet Union.

    That would be Communist Chinese government assets.


    In a word? Disgraceful. Or better yet, out and out treachery.


    Can you say abuse of Power anyone?
