Can't find a picture of mine but this was the first legally registered bike I had. Bought it new and drove it into the ground.

I do not know how to move a picture but my first 2 wheeler was an Allstate Cruisar made by Vespa and sold by Sears and Robuck in June of 1964 for a grand total of $425

I'm just guessing it was also fast red....
This was my first bike, bought new and I put almost 100K on it before selling.

That is what it looked like, I put a lot of miles on that baby in two years before I went in the Navy. I could do wheelies with it across the parking lots. It would do 65 mph right up behind the 18 wheeler's, 60 mph with a good tail wind. Thanks for posting the picture Goats_Hogs
When the clutch cable would break on a ride we would just tie it off to the brake petal and put a 1 inch block of wood between cable and the center piece and reajust the cable and have a floor clutch. You could shift faster with that than with the hand. That is when you used no clutch at all to speed shift the transmission.

How do I add this picture to my galley? I did get the picture here but cannot get in my Gallery
FunCycle I just 'right clicked' the picture than 'left clicked' copy than go to where you want to go and should be able to 'right click' and paste. that's how I copied and pasted the picture from post above.
I give up! At least I did get it in my photo folder, do not ask me how I did it.

I just try 'stuff' sometimes it works....and If I break it....we call Rabtech.
The Triumph (1969 Trident) I showed earlier was a hand me down from my dad. The bike was his, but it was 7 years old at the time and had issues that kept us from riding when we wanted too (yes, it was down a lot). He sold it and used the money to buy a Honda 350 Four like the one below. I talked him into trading it for a 1978 Suzuki 2 years later, then I bought a Suzuki 550 like the second picture. The Honda felt like mine, because it wasn't a hand me down.... but the Suzuki was the first bike (street bike, had mini bike and small off road bikes before) that I paid for myself.
1964 it was the Cruisar then in I think 1971/72 the CB 450. Then in 1975 I had the fifth Gold Wing sold in South Carolina when they came out. Then traded for the V-65 Honda as soon as they came in at the same dealer, now that was a Hot Rod, fastest thing on the street until the FJ-1100 came out. Then the dirt bikes came ( to many to name) and I supported up to 5 of them at a time. Then in 2013 I bought the Harley Softail Slim that I still have with 20,000 miles on it that were put on in the first year.
was this you?

My first ride was given to me by my grandfather. It was a 1984 Plymouth Reliant K Station Wagon. It was given to me so that i could trade it for a pickup. It was a sexy beast. I only drove it a few weeks till we traded it for a F100 pickup.
I can only remember that it was the standard light baby shit brown color and had genuine fake wood trim.

I have the 1983 Chrysler white/woodgrain sitting in the garage at the moment. Red interior. 44,000 miles.
