SS trailer deal

Do you really think he will let it go for just $600 over msrp?
-
You'll probably have to talk them into it...
-
I better offer him at least $9000 just so I have room to bargain. He will probably make me pay ten but it is worth a shot
-
What do you do with the ramps when not in use? Do they have pockets under the trailer they slide into?
-
For that price you can set up a really nice box trailer
-
The ramps become side rails.... stake bed trailer....
-
Not sure why you would pay that. I have a local manufacture that will hand build this for about 3000.00.
-
If someone needs a trailer fast, I will sell this one to them and have another made. Just saying....
-
I paid $5300 for my new enclosed aluminum trailer. The weight is about 1100 lbs empty. With the sling inside, the weight is the same as a steel trailer empty.

This must have started out as a joke, right?

Ok, I see that now. Why do you need the ramps if it is a tilt trailer?

I'm having a 8.5 x 14 enclosed trailer custom made for me. Ramp rear door, interior lights, roof vent, 3.0 side door, two axle with brakes on both, many more things to many to list. Under $4700. I call that a killer deal, and I don't have to worry about weather or goobers trying to get in the seat or getting a souvenir off my sling.

I'm think I have my wife convinced we need a toy haule. The problem has been finding one that will fit the slingshot.

Good morning LC! I see you made the trip (here). I'm enjoying myself on this forum, with these people, and I'm sure you will too. I am curious why you joined up after all that time over 'there', same as me.Your trailer sounds like a smokin' deal to me, especially for a custom setup. Post up a pic or two once you've got it. Cheers!

Pictures when it arrives.
Came over here because I heard a lot of real smart SS people were here.
Kind of have dual citizenship.
