The front end looks great, I have a question about the added weight and how the hood hinges would handle said weight.
Do you by any chance know how much weight does the front end kit adds?
Any pictures with the hood open?

It looks like the center section opens independent of the fenders. Fenders don't move? That would mean the hood is lighter than stock. We'll find out I guess

I think you're right.

I agree with the hood and fixed fenders, my guess is the front fender treatment there is very little added weight overall considering that the OEM fenders, fender sub frame and maybe the splash guards are removed. Besides this is most likely fiberglass. Canadians love this stuff and it is very light. I put replacement windows from Canada in my house and the frames were fiberglass(damn good windows I may add).
Looking forward to more information.
hi guys just got my phone app working .been inthe shop allmorning trying to leave for florida yet today. Sorry cameron about the price confusion i corrected it in the site now so it no longer shows canadian funds. And yes given the drive fills the area inside the right hardcase there is plenty of room to get the same look from behind by using the welter exhaust
Im going to price that stuff all out on this trip thanks
I
and yes slingshot garage the new fenders do weigh more but there is a weight savings on all the stuff removed .but still a net gain of less than ten lbs per side.our very complex fibreglass one piece mold which splits4 ways allows us to do a one piece lamination on the entire front fender keeping it free of laminated joints that would also require body work
Looks good and I Noticed FAST RED!!
Looks pretty good in the, not so clear, pictures @kev. @FixMyToysZach @cball86 from Ball Equipment in Richmond, Michigan seem to sell quite a few. I don't know rankings, but they host events and always have a good Slingshot owners showing.
@kev @WOLF Absolutely... I am am always looking for new and innovative products for our dealerships and eCommerce channels. As far as active goes, we did just give away a brand new 2017 Slingshot at Detroit Autorama if that counts. And being from Michigan we are practically neighbors

I love how the front end gets the bolder, more robust finish.
The front fenders though....encompassing the wheels, and the splashguard!! Damn I love that look there.
The rear is finished very nice as well. Love the saddlebag option.

I met with Kev yesterday at the track. Hell of a nice guy and the body kits are pretty impressive!
(ok , so maybe I pulled this one from another thread,,, but he said it, too late to pull it back now Kenny lmao)
With such compliments from respected forum members, I am going to go out on a limb here and say, tomorrow morning we begin production of the next phase , the development of a new roof I should have available for Maggie Valley. I,ve had the concept sketches on the board for a while now but wanted to get our body kits out there first to show what we can do. I,m going to post those sketches here now , but keep in mind they are just that, concept sketches, and as such the design may evolve as it comes to life. Initially I hope to offer something different from the traditional roofs out there, a design which not only looks slick as hell on our kitted cars but one that will go great on your traditional Slingshots too . Fibreglass, with an embedded steel structure, supporting gull wing sections for easy access and egress, and no front down tubes necessary at the windshield !
And here it is while not in the middle of a rollover accident...
navigating up loading is pissinh me off lol try these
