    @ethermion can we bump back the time a bit? You know we are all going to stand around and bullshit for a bit and eat. In order to get some ride time in as well... just thinking we should plan to meet around 10:30 to 11 to eat, then tear up some asphalt!! Thoughts??

    @TheRock, lemme check with Andy dude on an earlier start. This all started when I tried to just hookup for a ride with him. Then it morphed into me inviting 10 of us to his house. I'll update as soon as I hear. Earlier works for me, if I can dynamite my lovely bride out of bed for an earlier launch. Sweet rides out his way, leaves are turning, and everyone knows I love to ride!

    Yeah, @WraithSS too. I've met both of them a half dozen times or more, and only saw them ride at track day (which was awesome). All other times, hoods open, displaying the insane, crazy, and awesome. Let's make these dudes ride and get dirty!

    Those of you who have been to my humble abode realize that it just won't host 15-20 people, no matter how much we love each other.
    I have talked this over with Ethermion and we are going back to my original suggestion and meeting at
    McAlisters Deli
    70 Riverton Commons Plaza
    Front Royal, VA
    It is on the right immediately after you get off RT 66 at the Front Royal exit.

    Because of the shorter days and the distance some of you might drive, this makes more sense, get the meal out of the way and then ride, no muss, no fuss. I am grateful for the work Eric has planned cooking and this applies to anyone else giving so generously but this plan took on a life of its own. For Rock, JDin this is a halfway point we used last time. For NOVA crew it is much more convenient. For DocG and anyone else that might be coming north, please consider meeting at my house around 10:30 to convoy up there. Anyone who needs my address or who has questions PM or call me.
    Expect temps around 55-60 max as it is a little cooler up that way so layer accordingly. Great riding weather.
    Crew-please make sure that those who were planning on coming to my place are aware of the change.
    DocG-if you know of anyone coming from your direction, I believe Eric mentioned Cliff from Quantico, try to coordinate with them if they wish to convoy with you to my place.
    So looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones, the thought of it makes me feel much better.

    Hey everyone, was hoping to see each of you at the Murphy get-together Nov 11-12 but that is also Veterans Day and my grand-daughter will be attending the parade, grandson marching in it with the JROTC and I am escorting the Grand Marshall in my Slingshot down the parade route.....anyone that has meet me, knows that I'm all about the Military & Veterans... hopefully next one Janet & I can make.....

    I would love to try and hook up at some point. It would take me about 4 hours to get to your start point.
    I couldn't afford the bribe it would take to get my wife in the right seat when it was cold and dark and we had that long of a trip.

    New Security System installed, floor mat installation is finisher also.

    Better half is still under the weather. I'm still playing nurse-maid. I could use a burger and a brew right now. Oh yes, and a ride!!!!!

    I went with the Polaris Slingshot security system. The system is made by Scorpio but is completely plug and play for the SS. Part number 2881815. It did not want to splice wires, so I just went with this system. Directions could be better, but it is installed and works great.
