No mod here but do you think I can strap on a disability walker to bag holders on the roll bars? Wife needs a walker to get around. If this should be in another thread let me know.
It is kinda pricy but this would definitely solve the problem…

See what it takes with the 'walker' she uses. There are some racks that hook to the roll bars that might help. Just don't want to mess up the Slingshot.
That may actually work. Think I only need 1 rack.

Try PMing mytoy. He built a wheelchair carrier that mounted to the rear of the Slingshot. I'm not sure which trailer hitch he used and he could provide additional info.

I use the wicked hitch (modified), I’m in the middle of unpacking after our move to MV

EjFord I only have one rack on each slingshot 😂
Most RACKS do come as pairs.

Well spent the afternoon puttin’ a shine on the SS and de-bugging.
Good news- all set for tomorrow.
Bad news- Finding a few more chips but I’m calling them well earned 😎

And probably like mine --- the time anyone sees those small CHIPS is when you are doing a clean/polish. ENJOY the ride.

Yes noticing more dings in mine but when you ride all the time it's expected but not wanted.
After having my Slingshot sitting in the carport since last Memorial Day while replacing my Angle Drive, I finally felt like doing something outside and finished adjusting the drive belt alignment & tension. After checking the brake and clutch fluid levels, I then gave a quick once over for the windshield and hood using clean water and cloths and then took a short ride (it started raining as I pulled out of my driveway). I got some fresh gas and added a can of Walmart's Sea Foam equivalent and probably rode a little over 3 miles before returning to my house. Glad to report no annoying whine from the drive belt or the new Angle Drive. Will be taking increasingly longer rides this week as I continue checking everything out. It was nice to get back in my Slingshot.
DDMWorks 3-way adjustable shocks. Installed this morning. South Jersey is flat as a pancake but does have some twisties. Set the shocks in the center of the soft street riding set-up. Went on a search for the bumpiest roads I know and all the manhole covers I could find. What a difference! After 4+ years of riding this is the mod I should have gotten a long time ago! Compared to the stock shocks it feels like floating. Did some aggressive twisties and felt a bit mushy so I bumped up the compression and rebound a notch. Will test next ride and go from there. Yea, they really do make a big difference in ride quality! Great product!
I am going to have to change to those shocks some day. Every time I hit one of those reflectors in the road it feels like a boulder. Going to be a while thanks to Biden. I am now so poor I can't even pay attention.
I like the look of thise. Wonder how the ride compares to jri touring.
I hear you. I depend on my retirement account for play money. Taking an awful beating. I'm sure many others are being backed up into this corner.

Not sure but I really like these. Not to say the JRI's aren't as good. I can't answer that. The DDMworks are a good price and I believe they are made in the USA. It was the deciding factor and they really do smooth the ride. I would ride down my street and when I hit a bump everything in my compartments would make a loud shuffle noise. It's gone!
