I believe @SlingRider mentioned to me that there was water in the fuse box when he first opened it which could definitely cause the problem! Each fuse has its own small "compartment" explaining how water could get in the top fuse area and not the bottom.
How it got in a "sealed" fuse box... I don't know! If the dealer gives him crap, I will put another 50 amp fuse line to correct the problem.

Water can find its way along wires where there's a poor seal besides the seal on the fuse box. The front signal lights are sealed, they would get moisture in them and had them replaced under warranty twice. I finally got so frustrated with water getting in the front signal lights(out of warranty now) that I drilled weep holes in them to let the water out and a hole on the back top corner to allow air to pass through. At least now the lights have clear lenses now.
Only thing I have is the add on fuse box and a set of halos.
But yes a burnt top fuse. More like molten lava glue now

Read the story about the 172nd during Nam and everyone should look it up on Wikipedia. Quite a sobering reality.
Now we have to make sure our fuse box lids are sealed tightly. I'm wondering if the moisture came from condensation from the fuse box heat created during riding when the systems are on. It might not be a leak at all.

There is no way I could see how water could seep in. If it is condensation, watertight inlines could fix the problem and a lot quicker than 30 days!

I bought it to drive it hard. If he messed it up it could be fixed or replaced. You guys are family! Plus I can always look at my little slingshot!
Catastrophic Condensation:
If it is condensation I'm going to look at how the j-box is mounted and maybe we can add a washer between the top bolt and the box to make it tilt slightly forward and then any condensation could run away from the hot prongs toward the front lid
