I hate to say this, but perhaps Nancy is actually smarter than I have been giving her credit for

Perhaps the reason why she called for articles of impeachment to be drafted yesterday instead of following normal procedure and waiting for the Judaical Committee to reach a conclusion calling for the drafting of the articles is because she knows it is going nowhere and wants to get it out of the House as quickly as possible

If the Democrats can get this thing over to the Republican controlled Senate then the Democrats can start pushing the narrative that Republicans are obstructing and try to shift blame

The longer this thing sits in the House and nothing gets done the more fed up the people get with the whole process and the Democrats - perhaps Nancy just wants to be able to wash her hands of it asap

Just a thought - - what do you think?

The local news (Allentown PA) has a poll asking if you agree with Nancy Pelosi & Dems drafting articles of impeachment. As of now:

Yes 27%

No 70%

No opinion 3%

I do not watch Philadelphia news. I would think the results would be much different there.

Absoulty, I'm actually in NJ 15 Mi east of Philly. Allentown is about an hour N. West in PA. I don't watch Philadelphia news. It's openly anti Trump. They say Trump in the same tone of the Liberty Insurance commercials when they say "Doug". Never giving credit, ever.

I am familiar with Doylestown, nice town. Hope it stays that way. Lots of expansion! I wanted too hook up with you & mytoy for the trip back from Slingshots in the Poconos but the card Mytoy gave didn't have his Phone #.

Ok I see that to an extent however....

We all know what this is. Both sides do it. It's obscene and we taxpayers should not put up with it or just pass it off as business as usual. Sickening. No mater what side you are on this is "bought and paid for" even if we don't know from what, when, where or how or who was favored.

Was Ms Obama getting 65 million book deals PRIOR to her being first lady?

Was President Obama so gifted but passed up 50 million dollar film deals prior to being our President?

If a wealth tax is so important to the left perhaps anything over a million dollars a year made by a former government employee should go BACK to the government. Just a thought.

Late breaking news out of Washington this evening. A NEW whistle blower has just come forward saying last Thursday, he heard Trump (using an unsecured phone line) calling for assistance with dealing with Turkey. This time the "spy" was able to record the conversation. Let's see if Pelosi wants to add this phone recording to the Trump impeachment charges before it goes for the full vote of the House of representatives.
