You may have answered your own question if everyone that has them turning yellow is running LEDs ...talk amongst yourselves..

@KayTwo what is it that is turning yellow, the light that they produce or are you talking about the material turning yellow(weathered) when they are off ?
Originally i had the slingshotonly halos and had some issues with some led dying and rather than dealing with them I just went and bought Morimoto's Halo I swapped my headlights and halos to MMs, I did have one outer LED bulb die but that was due to trapped heat and lack of air circulation since i left the rubber boot on but they replaced it.

Nah, it's when they're on. I have to take pics, I'll post. Dirty yellow light instead of the nice clean LED glow.

Glad to see some people are getting a couple years out of the halos all of mine are yellowing currently. Spoke to sling mods they should be sending a set out early next week. This will be my third in about a year

Even though it's been going on 3yrs, I thought I'd check my order history through Slingmods. After not finding my halo order with them, I remembered that I had gotten mine when there was the initial rush of aftermarket companies trying to come up with new mods for this new vehicle called the "Slingshot". I got mine directly from TricLed . Either way, I think I got a good amount of time out of them before starting to turn yellow. And it is just the two inner ones at that.

Hey, sorry for resurrecting an old thread, I have my halos turning yellow now, is there a better product? what did everyone replace the yellow halos with?
