Frankie55 have you riden the area around Maggie Valley? Great riding.
Not specifically but I have been to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge TN, Helen GA and surrounding areas. Always in a full cage (car). Now living in the flatlands of South Jersey but I grew up in the Appalachian Mountains of central PA. I love the mountains no better place to explore and no better way to see than a ride in the slingshot. Can't wait!

Spend 20 minutes a day at the rally and 10 hours a day riding the Smokies and a couple of hours eating and visiting with old/new friends and it's lots of FUN...
just a thought.

As long as you bring your Slingshot to meet his older brothers and sisters all will be good. Some of us would like to meet you and your better half also.

Yes there is a cost to attend the rally, but you have an opportunity to meet lots of the guys you converse with on the forum.... The GIRLS are more fun to meet. (I had to say it before one of the guys said it).

LOL, yes and that cost is pretty high. I used to go to a rally every year when I was on two wheels. It was a great place to meet those you talk to, like you said. Three days paid motel, riding, vendors, banquet and swag... 1/5th the cost of the Maggie Valley trip. As I said I'm actually about 3hrs east of Maggie Valley and can be there before the rest of you late sleepers ever get up... LOL
