Oaky I am going to ask this stupide question. when yall talk about gravity bleed, is that just undoing the bleed valve on the caliper and letting the fluid run out. and replACE WITH NEW FLUID, AND DO YOU DO ONE AT A TIME OR JUST DO THEM ALL AT THE SAME TIME.

Trooper I love it when everyone asks the questions. I get to learn a little.
well I was told if you do not know then ask

I usually start at the back and do them one at a time. I find it best to do after a ride when you been using brakes hard.
Tomorrow will the first chance I get to test my new master in the mountains that is were was having issues either on the mountains or the track.
Hopefullly all is good and I can report back tomorrow a happy boy!

I just loosen bleeder screw until fluid comes out, the tighten it up, I don’t drain all fluid for a gravity bleed.
Mine still going great after doing this quite a few times, brake light hasn’t come back on and pedal feels solid, I hope any others with spongy brakes tries this before making trips to dealer which never fixes this issue for me.

Trooper you use a short piece of clear tubing to slide over the bleeder (about 2 feet long) then open the bleeder and watch the brake fluid run up into it. Up is the key to not letting air back into the bleeder. I usually use three pieces of tubing and do it all at the same time. Maybe 5 minutes total to do all three.

OK so here is the update
THAT DIDN'T WORK!
Much better than than before but as soon as we got up on the Blue Ridge the brake pedal dropped multiple times!
This completely baffles me. I have changed everything but the ABS module. Going to try changing all the speed sensors next. They are $800 less than the ABS module so it is worth a try. I already have a rear.

Well I have been searching the internet for similar problems with other vehicles and have come to the conclusion that there has to still be air in the ABS module. Even though the condition still exists it was greatly improved. From what I read if it was an ABS issue most likely I would have a wheel locking up. I am giving up on the speed sensor idea. It definitely feels like an air issue (it looks like a duck walks like a duck it must be a duck) The fact that it is most noticeable at higher altitude make me lean even harder to that conclusion.
It is similar to a caliper piston hanging up but since it happened with the stock brakes as well as the big brakes I am eliminating that as a possibility.
Now if I could just find a fool proof way to bleed the system I would be good. So my only option is a trip back to the dealer and fire up the digital wrench brake bleed program.
Any ideas out there - would be greatly appreciated

Get speed blenders for a fool proof way to bleed the system. Even if air gets in these will eliminate it.

Ok I spoke with them really nice people but not sure they will solve the problem.
Gonna give it a whirl any way since they will make bleeding much easier - just need to find out the size for the one on the ABS Module

I was going to buy the bleeders but I was waiting for someone to tell me what size they were and I never found out. Bleaders worked perfectly on my Goldwing which is not easy to bleed with the OEM bleed valves

I have a very important question? I need a fitting for the bubble head...on the brake lines...to a 1/8 NPT adapter. I have tried to find one...no body has one. P L E A S E?

Update to my mysterious brake fade.
I just located a used ABS Module from a wrecked 2016 (unfortunately it was a red one so I hope that doesn't slow me down)
Hopefully this fixes the problem. I am very confident it will because Polaris says that there is no way it could be the ABS module.
I will get it swapped out after the holidays and update you here

I'm confused. Shouldn't the brake module slow you down?

It should my friend! Maybe even stop you at times
Just worried about getting some of that RED voodoo into my classic grey slingshot
