I just finished up a little Crock Pot BBQ it has been on all night.. About a 9 lb. Boston Butt pulled and chopped up with Scott's BBQ Sauce. Just had to have me a sandwich while it is still warm.

I got a new smoker for Christmas and havent used it yet. Hmm, tomorrow I will fire it up and do some venison and some pork ribs!

yes, vinegar base red sauce, coastal South Carolina style. All of the North Carolina BBQ that I tried was nothing but roast pork cooked with no sauce. We add the sauce on the last hour of the cook when doing the whole hog on the pit. Upstate S.C. they do a mustard base sauce. Some of it is pretty good

Yes sir it is a Big Green Egg. It was a 25th anniversary present from my wife. She got a diamond ring and I got the better end of the deal. I figure I use it, on average, about 75 times a year. Love it!
