I always wanted to hook up a propane/electric fired gun. I saw the video on it years ago.
What was today's Sling project-Mods , goodies....?

cool! looks like those hoses could get caught in the hood latch though, hope that was not a final pic
Yep, nope. In fact, I'm going to move the compressor part once I figure out a good mounting spot.

At a not-too-distant past (meaning I was well old enough to know better), I actually looked into mounting paint ball guns behind the front bumper. Figure the old Gallager joke - 3 paint balls = 1 ticket.

Finished up the 2020 install. Think it looks pretty good. I believe the round clover lights has to go now; doesn't look right with the rectangle lights now.going with a bar light Doc&Ruby has. Did have help with them
The light bar I'm running now is a 12-inch (single row) spot/flood combo from 4WDKing (amazon).

Nice work, I have these vents in garage waiting for time. What blade did you use in the multimax?
I never drilled a pilot hole. I used the half-circle for a majority of the straight cuts and modified a straight bit to do the final angle connections. Hope this helps.

neverenoughtime I wired the white lights up to my old outer head light harness, I cut the plug from my old lights I took out and used it. as for the amber lights I just wired up to a toggle switch. So if I want to run my amber I just cut my lights off and run the amber. When I do my led Bar light I will wire it up to the center head light switch.

Where did you get your Housings from? I went with UAS. When I looked for them to buy from Polaris on the parts site said to contact your dealership.

Trooper, it is all factory oem parts. I used Ricky Wrights video,
His part numbers are not what I came up with. I used 5454399 lh and 5454400 rh for the housings. I ordered from adept powersports, but I just looked and tms powersports is a little cheaper. Got everything shipped for around $320. It was pretty much unplug factory lights and plug these in. Next will probably be the center headlight then bottom drl’s with gap fillers. I know the uppers are just drl’s but they are way brighter at night than the factory orange round bulbs. I was hoping the bottom drls were plug and play also but I don’t know of any way to make that happen. Are the bottom drl’s the same plugin as the top one? I am thinking about making a plug that plugs into the factory harness at the top drls then having two males plugs that will plug into the uppers and lowers, basically a y plug 1 female to 2 males.

neverenoughtime not sure about the factory lights but you could wire everything into one plug and do it that way as well

Finally had time to finish my engine and Haltech setup. Pretty happy with how it turned out aesthetically overall. The charge pipes are powder coated but everything else that is black I used cerakote on. I did all the powder and cerakote myself here at ZZP. I also added a new boost reference fuel system. Put in a massive AEM in tank pump in, ran -8 line up front to our new billet fuel rail holding new 120# injectors and going to a -6 return line which flows through a flex fuel sensor so I can now run gasoline, ethanol, our in house blended race fuel, or a mixture of any of it. It's nice not being confined anymore to only being able to go about 40 miles away and carrying a 5 gal can of fuel with me just in case I run out. I made all of the fuel lines also since it was all custom lengths and angles. I also added a small dry shot of nitrous which makes it spool faster.

Wow, looks really good!

And you get PAID to do that?

There's definitely worse jobs to be had that's for sure.

Got a new passenger today, something to be said about a quality subwoofer. At least five times the base and clarity!

Installed these Cooling car seat cushions on both seats today. Was only able to test them ar night but they seem to help a lot. This will definitely help with the sweating on back and butt! A bit loud but they fit nicely on SLR seats. I use a similar design with a different controller. They work great when first activated and provide fresh air with a noticeable cooling effect, but I also find that sometimes there is so much heat in the cockpit that the cooling effect gets overwhelmed. Fortunately, after waiting a few minutes and turningthe fan back on, the cooling effect returns for a bit.

Got the same in mine. I hooked up to a switch in the dash. Won't "Cool" but they will blow air between you and the seat and do help a lot with the Texas head.
