Only have these on the drivers side...wife isn't going to ride when it's cold enough to need them....Sometimes I'm glad I didn't do all of the heat reduction things.

Defects a lot of the cold hitting your left side----I may redo the paddle shaped one that is attached with Velcro under the hood. Make the paddle just a little larger and than the side one little longer and taller. My sizes were limited by the size of 1/8 plastic (I stole from my local Ace Hardware out of there scrape been). May have to "buy" a piece....
@EjFord quit teasing us - I know you ain't gonna buy nuthin

Just a little Cheap ....

Couple pieces of clear plastic to deflect the cold when the cold weather approaches. I think that is what your seeing.
The one by the mirror is just attached with Velcro
1/8 plastic the lower just a zip tie...
does a nice job for riding when temps drop below 40.You know I've got a lot of respect for you........
BUT BELOW 40.........you got to be kidding me......no wonder They say FLORIDA is a different planet! I stay home when it's 60! -

In Northern Indiana and parts North of here that would mean staying home 11 months of the year...
One of the riders in Texas won't take his out of the garage if there is a 10% chance of rain....under those conditions, I would NEVER get the Sling out. -
I tend to hesitate between 15% and 20%...

Hell I'm hoping it warms up to 11C/52F here this weekend so we can go for a ride.
-
Ya gotta just love Florida

If I'm headed to work by myself (50 miles each way) and it's below 50 degrees I won't take the SS.
If multiple people are riding (like a Saturday trip with other bikes or SS riders) I will go till the temp gets down to 35 degrees...
I won't take a bike or the SS when it's below freezing. It's just dangerous and misreable to me...
And I "try" to avoid rain at all times and temps.

I will have to look into that again this winter. Bob said the provisioning for the idle up when the compressor kicks in is already in the tune....
Since we know that we could mount the compressor where they are sticking the superchargers that should work just fine. And I believe the condenser will for right in front of our radiator and the dryer should fit in the right empty fender area.. Then all we need is the "all in one" Vintage Air blower, control, and core unit. I would sacrifice my crappy glove box in a second to have ice cold air blowing on me at red lights and in slow traffic.

I have found that if you take a picture of them with your phone you can act all bad ass and throw them into a trash can. It makes me feel even more awesome to rip them into tiny pieces and then throw them into the trash...
