Couldn't find the old thread (didn't try hard).

Very cool ~> thanks for this!!
Won't work with a sling, but there are folks getting into digital wrench machines.

I see he posted all of the P-codes (I'll have to check to see if the SS bus data matches the ID's I need) ~> If so, project "RPM & Shift Position ANT+ Bluetooth Video Overlay Module For Garmin Devices (Code Named: Tits-Up)" will be green lighted!

Come on E star give us some teaser tips on what your planning on making.
Come on E star give us some teaser tips on what your planning on making.
LOL... looks like no one took the bait with my bogus PDF (smart). Truth is, there’s so much stuff (like A LOT of stuff) I’m going to be making. Some big, some small ~> and they’re ideas I don’t mind sharing once I’ve made/tested them ~> To me (and this is the best part in all of this), keeping things fresh, simple and inspiring is at my core (so expect that in my work).
In good spirit, I’ll play along just this once... Here’s something I outlined about 2 months ago. You can probably guess “what” it is ~> however, it’s what’s under the hood, that I really want!
*Don’t mind the numbers... just some boring math figures I’ve done for machining later.
Well, I see the the word “cam” & a headlight assembly, so... a light you mount on the end of the camshaft so you can see inside the engine?!

Oh... I can “see gears” a turning! *wink*

I see two cameras mounted on the front and Rab wants four
There WILL be video... (and if all goes according to plan) ~> that video will be EPIC!
Track days will never be the same (did I hear someone say: dash cluster HD live stream video overlays)?? Hmmm...
I’m done... no more hints.
Let me finish up my testing and help Stacy get her side of the garage done ~> still have LOTS to do!
Made this part for my Aluminum test... x4 (3mm) threaded sunken rivets will be used in the inserts. My spindle control box should arrive tomorrow or Saturday... then, IT'S ON!!
So did I see a cruise ship on the ocean on that .pdf...
I can't wait to see what happens next.
So, the question I have is when can I send you a custom job request?!?!

LOL ~> I just took some random text off the web, placed it in this text garbler, and then dropped that into a PDF (put a few legit pics of my sling in there too ~> just to make it look official).
*all these fun toys in my garage, are making me so giddy (I'll be careful to not let my inner geek show too much)!

SOON!!
Once I have the website built (lol, I put a countdown timer on there to keep me on track so I don't play in the garage too much), I should be able to take-on a couple of custom jobs right away while we button up everything else. That said, we're still setting up/testing/building equipment. Stacy is crafting me a powder coating booth (which may be a couple months), as her machine to make it, doesn't arrive until the middle/late of this month. That said, if you don't mind plain colored aluminium for your ideas, just come by one weekend and we can take a look.

That's what I'm talking about!

Can't wait for more info on your machining capabilities. I'm fabbing up some mounts from 1/8" aluminum stock, but would prefer something cut from 3/16 - 1/4" aluminum plate. I'd certainly prefer to pay my money to a fellow enthusiast than a local machinist. I'll PM you some pics once I have a test mounting done.
