Happy New Year and with that a question to my fellow Slingshot owners

Over 2-1/2 years of ownership - zero problems...

(Qualifier to the above statement: zero problems with the Slingshot; I personally have LOTS of problems & issues... )

57,000 miles no problems other that the steering locking up and I was lucky and ran into a ditch rather than off the mountain.

I haven't had zero problems but I haven't had that with a vehicle since a 1976 Buick Century station wagon I owned in highschool

I think the key is having a good dealer - no different than having a good mechanic - when you have a good one they make everything right and take care of you beyond what you know

I did have cam sensor, speed sensor, and a leak in the angle drive seal .... all of which were replaced by my dealer under warranty with no questions or issues

I have a 2015 - haven't had any problems that weren't directly caused by the owner.
Have a great dealer and all recalls up to date

I have a 2016-1/2 and have had no real issues to speak of. The only real problem is the rear tire seems to wear quick

2016. Zero issues of any type.

I just bought mine in the fall and only have like 1500 miles on it (no issues) but from what I've read these are pretty trouble free. They had the probs with the recalls but besides that pretty good. Like anything the more you modify the more issues you could get...with this being said...I have plans on adding boost lol

Maybe the recall work was done before any of the mods?

Might better look into the Fast Red Ones. Right guys , no troubles there.
