You remember when people were fighting the Keystone pipeline. Are you aware that Buffet put huge amounts of money into fighting that pipeline. What if I told you that he owns the railroads moving all that oil and it is much more profitable to him with no pipeline. Does that mean he hates the environment - NO. It means he was able to game the system and make millions more for himself. Does that make him morally corrupt - NO. I’m sure if you looked into Gate’s past you could find the same. As they say - “Hate the game - not the players”. They don’t call em movers and shakers for nuthin!!

Actually I hated him most of my life ... still have problems with him personality wise but that is not how I select someone to do a job.
He is personally responsible for ruining the Philadelphia skyline and IMO desecrating many of our national landmarks in the process. He is the one who managed to get the zoning changed that allowed buildings in Philly to be built higher than the statue of William Penn on top of Independence Hall. Before that it was illegal to build higher than his hat brim. He also made it possible to bridge blocks across streets with walkways ruining the site lines along some historic avenues. It was a beautiful city before he decided to make his name there. Of course it is also the fault of local politicians and officials that got rich letting it happen.

She's been in Congress since 1987. Sure is nice how 33 Years at an annual salary of less than a Quarter of a Million Dollars. all adds up to $23 MILLION. Not bad how you earn less than $7 MILLION and are able to parlay it into a $16 MILLION dollar windfall. I guess she saves her pennies by taking her lunch with her to work.

I just disproved your theory that billionaires are and have not been moral compasses. Just because you donate a lot of money to charity does not mean you have moral superiority. I would imagine Trump does not want to release his taxes because I just don’t see him as the type of guy that is real charitable and does not want people to use it as a club like you know they would. Do you think that the folks in your beautiful state will ever rise up and vote out these liberal fanatics out of office or will they continue to just throw in the towel and move away?? The scenery and weather is arguably the best in the country but the politics are arguably the worst in the country. It is a bewilderment to me how the taxpayers are abused in just about every way possible and the Democrats continue to rule there. I know Hollywood and San Francisco are lost causes but do you think the rest of the state will ever say “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH” ??

Sad to say, Illinois is on that slippery track as well. I dont like what’s happening here either. The worst part of this is the politicians use (corrupt) Chicago as their mass population of Socialist voters to override and flood the rest of the states voters. Damn shame we can’t make Chicago its own State. Indiana is looking better and better every day.
