Ok. Has anyone tried a base model rear wheel on the front to see if the brakes clear??
Rear wheel on the front
-

Yep not me but seen it at ssits last year
-
So it will work them
N. I am thinking about getting the SLR rear and finding a matching rear take off for the front. -
Base model rears not slr
-
Ah so you have a base model
-
Yes. I know the slr wont match exactly. But you can pick up set of take offs from a base cheap enough.
-
Yes base model wheels work great up front.

You should have seen Wraith in @lrobbis trailer. It was snug....
-
So your saying...Wraith was snug in lrobbi's?
You will love the handling characteristics of the 18s all around. A load of grip. A couple of us have been running that way for over a year.

or was it while you were scarfing down a sausage?
Where's @Tripod when you need him?? This post is getting derailed!
-
Yep. I don't mind the derailment after the post has answered the question that was originally asked. And that has been handled.
BASE REAR WHEELS FIT THE FRONT OF THE SLINGSHOT.... just have your alignment performed after you put them on.
Now I feel better.
P.S. they look great in my opinion....

I can only imagine since it is a tight fit stock.. That is the only thing keeping me from doing 18 all around. Most of the time I am loading by myself.
-
It measures out at 81.5 inches.
-
I was just laughing to much to reply.
