Looks like the Gas Monkey Garage Slingshot that was discussed here not too long ago is up for sale. I remember watching the videos of the build but don't remember how "off-road" it truly is. Located in Alabama with 181 miles on the odometer if that's your thing.

Yea! I wonder who that might be, to add something else to his collection.
-
Well it really needs to be 3WD and and have a place fpr a Easy Rider Rifle Rack. I would be concerned with the dirt getting on to the belt.

After running thru the mud you run thru the water to clean it up.

I would be afraid of it being to top heavy with 35" tires and suspension...
It would have to be tested on what you could and could not do with setup for sure,,
what ar they asking for it ??
-
They have a buy it now price of $50K and bidding starting at $38K. Who knows what their reserve is. Probably $40K - $45K

I must agree - - with that kind of lift and the increase in the hight of the center of gravity I have to wonder what has been the impact on the stability, especially at speed
I will say I do think it looks very cool, its just the total opposite of what I was looking for when I got my slingshot - - on the other hand might be a total blast if I lived in an area with Lotts of long dirt roads and open fields to play on
-
Well it is not a road racing vehicle they way I drive it would be just fine. I don't think that 1WD is going to do much for you off road. For that I have the Beast my 2WD/4WD/All time 4WD Polaris ATV. My Jeep Wrangler does well in the mud even with jest AT tires. But that Slingshot would sure turn heads with all the rednecks around where I live. I LOVE IT.

No thanks.. bet they found it does not work as intended.. 😂 😂 😂

Good luck opening the hood... Heard they tried to do it at SEMA and couldn't due to how they built it.

It was definitely a little rough around the edges when we saw it at SEMA. Didn't try opening the hood, but would not be surprised after seeing the rest of that build in person.
