driving shoes

if anyone is interested in proper driving shoes I highly recommend this company - Piloti Driving Shoes. not only are they great for driving, but they are also very comfortable for casual everyday use - - I just ordered my second pair

I got a pair of the Slipstream that I have had for some time now and I just ordered a pair of the Shift - - - I also really like the Atlas, but I dont like the price - just seems a bit high - - maybe they will have a sale and I can get a pair then

Very nice shoes, my wife has a nice collection of Nike's, but just like a running shoe has design features for running and a basketball shoe is designed for basketball, a driving shoe is designed for driving, especially peddle feel and transitioning between the peddles and things like heal & toeing - - sure you can drive in any shoe, but personally I like the feel of these Pilotis - - its what they are made for. - - - I also love nice cowboy boots, but I wouldn't wear them to run track.

many people wouldn't think of doing these things without the proper shoe - - no its not required, but it improves the experience - - same with good driving shoes

actually this depends on the type of horse riding your doing - - tending the ranch = cowboy boots. or perhaps English style riding boots - - you see even in the different type of horse riding there are specialized types of footwear - - - as I said above you can use other "shoes" but things work better when you have the right type of shoe - and for driving the Slingshot and running through the gears on a nice mountain road I do like my Pilotis!
