I'd ask @KayTwo... And others... The only thing tricled that I've purchased is the fog light kit which I have yet to install...
I've heard horrors of the brake light modulator...I've got a bunch of TricLED lights through Slingmods ...brake modulator, spoilerbladez, halos, headlight conversion, roll hoop lights, upper brows, etc. and have had GREAT luck with all of them so far ..... @MiM if you made me jinx myself so help me

I had their halos and spoilerbladz. Halos replaced twice in one year and LEDs in the bladz replaced once. Loved them until individual lights started turning yellow.

And therein lies the crux of my bitching...

@KayTwo must really not be feeling well to let this one slide.
I will be over to help Heather eat the Cake from Bill Martin since you are not feeling well.

Thank you for your honesty @dangerdarrell... That's the point of sharing information and helping others too... I understand it's always YMMV and at any given time a product may fail, creating an exception and not a norm...but it does help consumers like me, with limited budget, to steer clear of what I think is an awesome product, but not necessarily a need, so I save my pennies for something else or look for alternatives or alternate providers...

I have the rear brake light modulator, but removed about 1 month after I installed it when the brake warning light started coming on before I had the brake sensors replaced. Given the Slingshot's sensitivity to electrical imbalances, I just never got around to putting it back on. I seriously doubt the modulator had anything to do with the sensor issue, but better safe than sorry.

Today I finally installed some of the things I've had laying around for quite a while now.
It was the stuff that I ordered from Alpha and had it painted to match my color.
The mirror trim kit
The speaker rings
Radio bezel accent. I'm thinking about adding small stickers with the text that was there oem.And finally my wings. I had it wrapped in carbonlook and painted the side pieces. Turned out good I think

Finally had the time to install some goodies that had been laying around for way to long.
First some extra buttons to control some of those things. Since those under the radio were already taken I had to look for another place but didn't want it to stand out. Didn't like to drill in the center, under the start button, nor on the side. So I decided to try next to the handbrake and it turned out pretty good.
Ok, the first one is a bit out of line but its fine for meNext were a couple of 'angel wings'
And last but not least were my led strips with DRL and sequential turn signal (Already spoke of those here before).
First tried to make them red with transparant foil but the glue wasn't that good and it had a big risk of coming loose. Then I tried to paint one using transparant red paint and after a couple of layers that seemed like the way to go.They are rather bright and when I hit the brakes they start to flash. And when the turn signal is on they do their sequence.
Only thing I got to find is a solution to give them longer power for the turn signal. I tapped the power from the rear lights (was the easy was ) but never thought the sequence would be an issue. The ones on my mustang always do a complete sequence even if you just tap them with power. These don't
For the side and rear I think it's OK but for the one on the wing it should be better is it takes longer. So I'm looking for something that gives the power for a couple of seconds after it gets power from the turn signal. Gonna look if there is some kind of time relay that can do what I need. Maybe it will restart the "countdown" every time it gets power from the turn signals but when it could takes about 2 seconds it would be perfect.

A couple of weeks ago I noticed there was a link at the bottom of @lrobbi signature and checked it out. I saw a couple of things that I was thinking about but didn't know they already existed. Time to contact him and order some goodies
Ordered his ECU Cover and the one for next to the cooling tank. Combined that with the DDM firewall Finish Plate to make it all nice and clean.
I also have the cover for the headlight wiring but haven't had the time to install that yet.I could really recommand @lrobbi 's stuff because it looks great and the price ain't that bad also
The Rally Armor Swingarm Mud flap will hopefully keep the dirt out a bit.
My front logo letters were also renewed because they were starting to come loose
And finally got my brake issue fixed with a lot of thanks to Ted Nelson for providing me a Napa brake light switch. It completely looks like its OEM.

Last week I met some other Belgian Slingshot owners (2). Finally, after a search of one year to meet some other "soulmates" One of them his SS was just sold about a week ago but he would get us in touch with the new owner.
After I was gone there seemed to arrive another SS driver. The first one had my number and mailaddress so we all exchanged our info and last sunday we first came together with 3 Slings.
Both other drivers are real nice people and i'm looking forward to get to know them better. There should be 6 drivers in Belgium.

Looking SHARP!!! Good to see all the installation went well. Glad to see you have more Slingshots over there. Your Yellow is a BEAST

How did you get to contact the SlingShot drivers, in Belgium?
The new "Club SlingShot" that Polaris have started does not operate outside North America and Polaris UK, may as well not exsist now, with the total lack of assistance offerd, to customers.
I have made contact with a few of the owners in the UK but, two of them are now outside the country and one had his SlingShot stolen, so that leaves us a very few.

By pure luck. A friend of my spotted the grey one on a meeting but didn't talk to him. Then the next meeting (US cars and Bikes) I went to I immediately found another driver. Right after I had parked someone came to me and told me he was a slingshotdriver also. He had a friend with him who had just sold his about a week ealier. So we talked for a while and then I went did a tour around the meeting area. When I came back I just saw the other ss-driver parked almost next to my sling. Since he didn't live far away from the meeting he went home and came back with his slingshot (the red one). After chatting some more, and exchanging phone-nr and email, it was time for me to go home but right after I was gone there entered another slingshot, the grey one my friend has seen before. So they also exchanged nr's. ThenKarl (the one with the red one) tracked the SS his friend had sold so that makes 4 drivers right now. We started a small whatsapp group and last weekend 3 of the 4 came together and it was fun!!

That's great to hear @philip_mustang.
Well done, with making all those connections. -
An interesting link for all of us Europeans @philip_mustang
We can all like them on Facebook, but.
We Europeans, can't join the new Club.
