I don't know anything about bitcoin. So is it saying if you bought the $100 7 years ago you now have 72 million in bitcoin money, or in real cash?
Just took a look at my Bitcoin balance. Anybody else holding some Bitcoin?

No, that was just an example of what could have happened at the current rate of increase. The largest jumps have happened only in the last 6 months. I got in back when they were $90. Shortly after that it jumped up to around $1,250, then plummeted back down around the $150 mark for a while. There have been ups and downs as we would expect in any "Un-manipulated" market unlike almost every other market out there today (currency, stock, ETF's, etc). Bitcoin & other Crypto-currencies are almost 100% impossible for our esteemed governments and banks to manipulate. The only downside for me is the fact that you still have to utilize a bank if you want to cash out. Other than that, there are many many businesses that are accepting Bitcoin as payment for goods and services. I would expect a correction to the downside sometime soon, then another big jump up. Crypto-currencies are definitely interesting and may very well become a big player in our lives if/when our little slips of green IOU's become worthless.
Here is a good live graph showing current prices of different Crypto-currencies in many world currencies if you wanted to buy or sell:

I give this advice free and that may be what its worth.
I just wanted to tell you all that trade in crypto currency that LITECOIN is headed up and up.
I have moved all my bitcoin to lite coin and it has doubled in a month. And I am thinking it may hit 250.00 a coin by Oct.
Just check it out when you have a chance... I trade with coinbase.com

It may tank but I think it will just keep increasing.. They have to many "good news" articles about development in the adoption of the currency .
Lets just say that I got in when it was 19 dollars. And I just bought more at 46 dollars. I wish I had have jumped in more at the beginning. I was just worried because I couldn't get the info I was looking for .

I've been putting all my money into scratchers. I am diversifying though some $5 tickets some $10 and some $20. I'm pretty sure it will work out

Nope. I have litecoin. And I'm waiting on it to make a gain.

But your mining should be going well, especially with the backlog according to mempool.

Yea, he's making a ton on mining. Not, after putting all that money in his machine, it's sitting unplugged in the bedroom floor.

It's over 10,800.00 and I think it will go to 20,000.00 in the next few days.
I have Litecoin. It's Bitcoin little brother... often called the silver to bitcoin gold.
I have 100 of them to keep the math simple. I bought some low and some high but all I have are profitable. Every time litecoin goes up 1 dollar I make $100.00
This was my status when litecoin was over $101.00 earlier this morning.

All of the coins are leveling back off. They will drop back a bit then take back off. I hope.
