Hilarious!!!!
What ever happened to the rides with feedback on noise. Wondering about cockpit air too. Does the restrictor keep out exhaust fumes?

The only wind I noticed is from the side. Like a window down in a car. I love mine. I do have exhaust fumes when I slow down between 40 to 30 from a higher speed, but that's it. I don't notice it when traveling at any other speed. I have a Manstad 9" and exhaust out the rear not sure if that helps.

1) I think sound quality is improved. The nature of the SS lends itself to a lot of noise but I do notice some improvement.
2) Wind motion/direction is altered, not gone by any means but different.
3) At speed I have never had an issue with exhaust, I have the Alpha side exit.
4) Aesthetically...I love it!
5) Drag...no doubt some is created but I'm not on the track racing so I would say not a big issue!
6) There was some issue with flex but that has been addressed.
7) Did I mention that it looks bada$$!
Hmmm, got me thinking or should I say wanting now!

Love SlingMods!
I just got mine and have the flag mounts from Slingmods that puts the flags right behind the roll hoops and everytime i stop the flags are thru the roll hoops. i can pull them back out and drive 20+ mph and they go back thru. That didn't happen before i put the wind resricter on. Right now im running f4+3 and top. gonna have to see if it still happens with the madstat
Come on @jaycanter , you know the rules. Pics or it didn't happen.

I think the function of the MadStad should help...

So I have had mine on for about 3 weeks now and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!
There are a few issues that need tweaking but it does not change my feelings on this product to a negative one:
1) My drivers side screws are TOO LONG and bottom out in the brackets before fully tightening therefor I had to add some black washers to the drivers side only to get it to fully tighten. Unfortunately I didn't catch the issue before the plexiglass became scratched by the brackets being loose but I'm sure the company will help me on this once I contact them.
2) The flex! I dont care how well you follow the instructions, with it mounted to the back of the roll hoops there is some flex in the product that allows it to hit the center rear fin. Unfortunately I did not receive the piece to rectify this issue and my fin was scratched on one side. Since then all of the new deflectors come with a center "pad" that you just slide up the middle of the product to protect your fin. I dont really care about the scratch because you can only see it if I point it out or tell you and also because hopefully I will be able to get some @Painter love in the off riding season!
3) with the deflector mounted to the back of the hoops I loose the ability to add my cool ass (pics have not yet been posted of the final product) luggage racks that I bought from @FunCycle but if I flip it around and move it to the front....Problem solved!!! (in theory! LOL)
Here's a few pics with the Deflector in the AWESOME PURPLE color!
Special thank you to all my brothers that helped make this wind deflector possible!!! See that post here! Post#2939

We also still used the luggage racks with the Stinger roof. We just made some spacers and drilled and tapped one hole and it still looks good. I know, wrong thread. But since it was brought up did not know where else to put it.
