Here are some alternatives for OEM parts from Polaris : Shop lost a bunch of bolts/screws, and Babbitt's isn't carrying them anymore. Where can I find them other than a Polaris dealer?
And one more : https://www.polarispartsmonster.com/

Just don't forget to check as many sites as possible. Many websites have the same prices and formats, but you can often find free shipping over a certain purchase price and sometimes find large differences in prices. It may even pay to split your order across multiple sites to get the best overall deal, assuming everything is in stock and gets delivered at the same time.

one more thing....if it’s anything that touches the motor...copy the Polaris part number and do a search like this.... GM <insert the Polaris part number here>
Buying GM ecotec parts are 25% cheaper .... -

Trooper , I ordered a new clutch master cylinder from GM parts direct for less than half of Polaris price.
I had a similar experience myself. I thought I needed a new throttle body after I noticed my boost plenum was no longer seating properly on the TB due to some wear from a poor fit from an earlier CAI that I didn't have properly seated on the TB. I found one for well under $100 from GM Parts Direct. I ended up not needing it as I was able to fit a rubber cobra head adapter to provide a solid connection between the TB and the turbo intake pipe from the Intercooler. It did take a couple weeks for delivery, but the price was definite the lowest I'd found. I guess I should post the TB for sale.
