I figured I'd fill the empty space (base model) with something more interesting than the hole. Pictures are not to clear so this is what's there. Top gauge in pod Exhaust gas temperature 0-1500*f. Have to drill and tap stock manifold at collector next to O2 sensor to install thermocouple. Center gauge 30-0Hg vacuum. Put this in to show throttle body response and engine demand. there is a port under the throttle body where you can connect a 1/4" flexible tube. bottom left air temp dual pointer. 1 sensor in air box at throat before filter, 1 on intake side of engine above manifold. engine compartment temp. RHS cylinder head temp. 3/4 tap run into rear of head above exhaust manifold. Used existing hole. Gauges are made by GlowShift. If anyone is interested I can show sensor install and wiring.
gauges, don't need no stinking gauges

Looks good from afar but I would like a closer pic if you could. I have the SL model with the radio but thats cool as well.

I'll take some at home after work. Pulling the rear axle tonight for inspection and re-grease.

As requested.

Got my gauges installed a couple of days ago. From left to right: water temp, voltage, oil pressure, 60mm air fuel ratio , 60mm boost pressure. Accidentally bought 60mm boost, so i had to get the 52mm gauge pod drilled out to accept 60mm gauges lol.

That's it!! I need a Heads Up Display(HUD)! LOL Seeing all of these wonderful gauges just makes me want to try and figure out how to get a HUD to project similar information onto the windshield of a SS LOL

Which one do you push on for music?
@Flybuddy duh..it's the Transporter..so that would be a combination of pushing down on the oil and volt gauges faces and flipping the last toggle switch twice LOL BAM!! SIRI COMES ON AND MUSIC UP!! LOL

Where did you hook up the oil pressure sender on the engine? -
Siri-ously??
No harm meant, I was just kidding. I believe that's the base model sling and the OP didn't have music, so they went with the gauges as a way to have additional features to monitor their sling. I'd love to have the Transporter idea or the heads up display reflecting off the windshield giving me all the information from the gauges along wth current speed.

Hope to see Andy tomorrow for a chicken run. I'll poke and prod him. He already has some HUD working.

I should have put a smiley...I’m ALWAYS joking

I’m looking for a water temperature gauge to fit in this area...I want an actual gauge because once the idiot light comes on it’s too late....it the red light does come on you need to immediately shut it down to try to prevent the head from warping....a gauge could give you a faster indication of trouble.

I forgot about needing waterproof. Thanks
