I wanted to hate that post but I love it so much that I'm just going to sit here green with envy and happiness for you! WOW..the wife helped design it..just wow...you're the man!!!

SSREAPER, I've always called you friend proudly! Trust me, I had to restrain from going into a long post about all the reloading goodness the two of you posted LOL I haven't been able to start reloading the way I'd like with the limited space (hence the hopefully last home build on the horizon if it's God's will). The Dillon reloader was my first "one stop shop" when I went out looking out to upgrade reloaders from the Lee basic setup. My wife and I have quite a few firearms...off the shelf and custom builds. So, it's a must that I get into some serious reloading to save money. I will use a friend's reloader to reload when I have time. I wish I could take over one of the bedrooms just for reloading, building, maintenance and storage...but that dream has been killed time and time again by the wife LOL

@War Hoop ... You do your own reloading....we should talk sometime and compare notes. When I couldn't get 300 blackout brass...I was making them from 5.56 brass...cutting off the necks and resizing them. Even played with annealing them.

I reload everything from .380 to 45 win mag and 12 guage

@War Hoop and @SSREAPER you two are my two new best friends (as I wipe tears from my eyes looking at that Dillon reloader) :D

Monday was the Celebrity Ride. So, of course Sarah doesn't actually own a Polaris Slingshot...go figure LOL I guess that loaner SS will show up on an auction site soon @kev if you truly love it LOL You'll be able to use that picture on your page (with rights of the Sarah, the photographer and paper of course) for future advertisements.

AMEN!! Keep encouraging your son...we all know the numbers for making the pros. Believe it or not, almost the same for basketball. Athleticism, talent, skill, sheer determination, work ethic and chosen sport IQ can pave the way to a paid college education and pro career! It's amazing how many kids I've seen from almost every sport lose their way for one reason or the other. I wish they could have seen all the opportunities that their chosen sport could open the doors if they would have just stayed focused and believed. I've always told my children that their jobs were school, everything else was a bonus, I didn't care how good they were at it. I made sure their coaches understood that they were CAA (Christian Academic Athletes)...one coach said "Well, you might want to tell your son that because he believes in knocking the snot out of kids every time he puts on those pads!" LOL I told the coach, I never said he couldn't be "competitive"!

If your son is 13, loving the sport, has the talent and is coachable--support him!! Show him all the players who've avoided the pitfalls. Tell him to always find a way to keep loving the game and having fun. When everyone else is leaving the ice early, take advantage of the time to work on "his game". Above all things, never be afraid to fail. Sometimes kids feel like they can't make a mistake but that's how they learn but if possible learn in practice. I'll take a coachable kid over a 5-star kid that can't be coached any day! I'm sure you've said all these things and more to him. If you're like me you won't sugar coat anything to your son, or pretend to tell him that he's good. You'll let him know that he has potential but if he's not working, that potential means nothing. If he's working with that potential, he can be something special! That's what we do as parents..be honest, loving and supportive.

LOL Sounds like you took that kind of personal Bones. "Intelligent and respectful"...more like "Neanderthal perhaps?" Respectful? Nah, I've seen too many spit on each other, vulgar...we can agree to disagree on this topic. We'd be going backwards, as we discussed this one before.

FYI-I think most athletes play for the love of the game until they are tainted by all the trappings..money, big lights, drugs, fame, the "I" greater than the team, betting/gambling..... I don't think any sport has escaped these things unfortunately. Heck, it's made it's way down to kids little league games sadly lol

True. Both parties do their own set of whining. Whether it's the left or right, front or back, top or bottom--however the viewed perspective looks at the time. They all whine and cry, some accept the rise and fall that comes with elections--understanding it from either a historical, biblical, or whatever view that gives them peace that "bad things can't last for long and time will correct it". Thanks @WOLF for setting me straight lol

LOL This is too funny..... Tough guy Repubs were so upset under Obama that they cried daily on the news shows. They formed the Tea Party, along with the recruiting and filling of hate groups numbers going up...simply because they hated Pres. O in charge. The Conservatives/Republicans didn't simply just say "we hate the president but will wait until we have our turn", they basically blasted the man on a daily basis along with the current POTUS talking about his birth status, which yielded another group of people....but yeah, we forgot all of those cry baby snowflakes lol Bones, I'm not saying you were one of them, I'm just pointing out that the whining and cry baby tactics did exist. Pres. O didn't create a monster, this has existed way before he came along and always will. The problem is that everyone wants to keep sweeping it under the rug saying "we don't have a problem". He simply acknowledged that "Yes, we have a problem and it has existed." It's like looking/asking someone do they know the history of the Moors...they look confused lol Yet, without them having knowledge they will debate the topic. Sometimes the truth is just that..the truth.

As for football, the numbers aren't dropping in any way related to individuals kneeling. We kneel to pray, so why are people upset? Do they not know the history of kneeling and how kneeling isn't a disrespect to the flag but it is out of respect to the flag? If you scan the stands of the people "standing" for the flag, they are talking, beers in hand, food in hand, cellphones in hand....but if you scan back to the field of those kneeling--they are quiet, either praying, or in a moment of silence. WHICH group is truly disrespectful of the flag?

Sometimes it's all how something is packaged and sold to us...as consumers of what comes out of DC we're sold a lot of things packaged to keep us in an inflammatory and reactive mode--if we're not paying attention. Sad, but true story.

Wait until the season starts...let's see how many people come back and say they aren't Cowboys fans LOL Elliott is just trying to repair his damaged reputation...it's all about the money. @Bill Martin wow a photoshopped pic of MLK with a profane sign...pretty reaching for memes on a Sunday huh lol Cowboys getting a ring? LOL Fantasy football kids believe anything LOL

@SCARABsling I know you're being hammered with questions here in the thread and probably a bit more in private messages--my apologies for adding to the questions.....but here in the thread at least others can see your responses and it can perhaps stop the bleeding a bit lol

I understand that you're still in the concept stage working towards the finish line.

    1) Will the SCARAB that is on top of the shade be removed or will this be permanent?

    2) Of course the red is the best color as advertised but what other choices will be available?

    3) How will your top work with those of us with the rear carbon spoiler, or the sling low racks that may consider purchasing?

    4) Last question for now...will the frame be done in paint or powder coat?

Thanks in advance for your patience in answering these questions, along with willingness to bring another top to the market for choices. I'm a bit biased on the tops but always willing to see another well thought out and aggressive one as yours.
