What about noise? Are they much quieter than the stock tire?

Seriously I never paid attention, But put it this way I don't hear any tire noise..So I guess alls good.....there great low profile traction street tires.
CHECK OUT Dubbs and Tires. They were hands down way cheaper than anyone else I contacted! They were decent to deal with..

Didn't love the Kendas on my 2015 base but replaced them last week with the fronts still looking pretty good at 14K miles. Since I like to ride year round and get the jones even near freezing I realized that summer performance tires were verboten even being stored at or near freezing. I compromised and got Bridgestone Potenza RE970 all season Pole Positions, the front slightly wider at 215 and the rear at 275. I was blown away on several counts. Not only is the grip and handling far better, the ride, I'm guessing due to softer sidewalls, is so good I moved the shocks settings up two clicks. As a single income retiree who is more than a little over budget remodeling the homestead I will have to wait a while for summer ultra high po tires (and wheels and turbo or supercharger, etc.). Been loving the sling coming on two years and feel much more confident rain or shine now.

I was out riding yesterday and came across some freshly paved road. Holy cow! The noise level dropped like 30 db (SWAG that is). That's what started me on this quest.

I liked the rep of the Continentals Danger Darrel got and it was a toss up with my Bridgestones and the Conti DWS all seasons. Both very good bang for the buck.

I have to vote here
g-Force Sport COMP-2 | BFGoodrich Tires
Will admit tire wear on the rear is not great - but I blame me not the tire
Handling in my view - excellent@MACAWS I looked into them but they don't have the sizes I want. Damn shame because we are having our SEMA display Jeeps outfitted with BFGs. Would have been able to get the SS some tires for almost nothing...

i have been running a Federal tire in the rear for a few months now. Far better than the Kenda and a lot less expensive.
They have them in the wider 275 size for the 20" SL rear. -

Appreciate it Andy but I use BFG Sport Comp II

Darrell, my bad. It was DKF, my duh. Liked your tires too but rolled the dice on Bridgestone due to prior use on an SUV and good price.

no.... but honestly tire noise has never been on the top of the list for my SS tire choices.
My idea of a quiet tire may not be the same as yours so it's a very hard question to answer. -
The louder the tire is the more angle drive noise it covers up. I'm going to try this tire as soon as this rear tire wears out

Uhmm.....Jay......YOU GOTTA DRIVE OVER 30mph TO HEAR TIRE NOISE!!
Just sayin brah!!!!!!!!!!!!! -
Maybe it's from Jay running the taller 32 inch wheels and tire combination that eliminates the road noise

You are correct Phil. After all, he's so far away from the road with those wagon wheels, how could he possibly hear anything from the road so far below him!!

I just picked up SL wheels for the base model and I went with Firestone Firehawk Wide Oval Indy 500s, the two fronts came in on Saturday and are on the Wheels, the rear for some reason isn't going to be here till today. Seems to have some pretty solid reviews on Tirerack.com. I got the set for just over $365. After a few miles, I'll report back...but the fronts definitely feel soft and sticky.

Does anybody make a raised white letter tire in these sizes??

I believe Toyo does in their Proxes line, but not sure if they are symmetrical tire tread.
