    America and our freedom might be, for the first time in true grave danger. Well lets see how much further down we can go. This is not going to end well. Sometimes I wish I had lived my whole life already so I dont have to see the pit that this country will become. Remember, only from INSIDE can the USA be destroyed and thats exactly what they are doing.

    I truly think that it doesn't matter how bad it gets with the majority of people.

    As long as they are in charge, it doesn't matter.

    As a country, WE put these people in place to make us eat shit, then they tell us we MUST love it, or, we will run out of shit and no one eats.

    THAT, as bad as it is, will never cause a change in the voting habits of the majority.

    People just want to be on the winning team, no matter the cost.

    2 years ago, this country was so strong and life was good and improving for everyone.

    Now, we are weak, and life is getting harder to afford so it's bad and getting worse.

    But it's OK, because I voted for the winner, so I win.

With Venezuela’s gross domestic product plummeting even more than the United States during the Great Depression, many of its nearly 32 million inhabitants became unable to afford food, and resource-starved hospitals did not have enough soap and antibiotics.

    I hate to admit it but I am just about to the I don’t give a shit attitude. If the majority of the American people believe that the way we are headed is the right way then it is time for me to join the dinosaurs. My beliefs in the American I once knew and loved will soon be only a memory. I’ll continue to pay my taxes to keep them from taking away what crumbs they see fit for me to have and hope they leave me alone in my little mountain hideaway. If you look at the map the vast majority of the country is red - the high crime, high tax, high population portions are blue and seem to carry the elections now. The Dems have been pushing a vote for Reps is a vote against Democracy - I expect we will get to see what their “democracy” is after they end the filibuster and give Washington DC a couple more Senators !!

    I'm not ready to move deep in the woods just yet ...close, and some of my plans will be accelerated...but not yet.


    When you dig in to the numbers and include Libertarian candidates (who actually swung many of the close races to the dems :rolleyes:) Conservatives received well over 10 million more raw votes than dems this cycle. Unfortunately that didn't transfer to more seats flipped. And when you look at the blue strongholds it is amazing how close many of the House and Governors races where.


    There was definitely a shift to the center. Lets just hope the population and Conservatives learn some hard lessons in the next two years and can prevent any radical changes by this administration. Lets start with clawing back the $100M Joey just pledged to the World climate "Adaptation fund" without Congressional consent. Just so you know some of this (your) money goes to China and India.

    She is the most wishy washy R and even she was a hard no against removing the filibuster, packing the SC, and adding DC and PR as states. As was Manchin. Sinema was a no but I think she might fold on one or more if the dems have a hard majority.


    Take it for what it is I had a conversation with Brian Mast Friday and word from on high is Manchin is very close to declaring himself an Independent. What that ultimately means who knows since dems technically only held 48 seats for the past two years. His personal thought was if the dems get 51 Manchin would leave the party and caucus with the Republicans to stop any chance of doing away with the filibuster and boost his '24 reelection chances.


    But we will see ....
