so the question, if right now you are on vacation in Europe do you jump on a plane where you will be packed in with potentially sick people to try to get home before the ban - - or do you just wait it out?
and if you are from another country considering coming to the US do you cancel and stay home or do you take your trip and risk getting stranded if the ban is expanded?
I know when we were in the Philippines and dealing with the volcano and not sure if our flight home was going to happen it was rather stressful - even when we were at the airport they kept trying to get us to wait for a later flight so that others whos flights had been canceled earlier could go - only reason why we were not switched is because we had the grandkids flying with us - - - didnt really even relax until the plane pulled away from the gate
cant even imagine the stress people who are in Europe now will be going through if they need to get home before the ban goes into effect

Edward Neal I am talking about people leaving the U.S.A. like in Feb. for vacations to all of these other countries. When travel restrictions first started.

I'm more concerned about the stock market it's down about 8,000 from its high . They keep saying if you're 40 or so you got plenty of time to make it up while I'm almost 72 and don't have much time to make it up

I don't get why people would be selling off. Why take a loss when you can hold on to it and not panic. I've learned one thing over the years don't sell off when the markets going down

Now is the time to buy if you have some extra money. Charles Pain just made the statement I think it was Hertz a few years back fell to 63 cent and it is now $69

It went from 19K to almost 30K in a bit over three years while work was being done and against a headwind of opposition ...
It dropped in a month however much that allowed it to push to almost 30K is still in place. Some industries will take a long time to make up losses but the overall environment is much better today to allow that to happen quickly. "They" have to fill air time and are paid to give opinions even if they are nothing more than a guess.
What FunCycle and EricRedSL is true ..... while uncomfortable for the moment the potential to roar back and benefit those who hang in is huge ....
Now I reserve the right to change my mind if I look out my door tomorrow and am greeted by.....
But until then I am in it to win it .....

Obama as VP? - - - why? with 8 years of him as a do nothing President why would any one think he would be a plus as their VP?
Its the one very good thing about Biden if he were to get in - - - a 3o yeas do nothing career in the Senate and 8 do nothing years as vice president - - - - at least its probably a fairly safe bet that he wouldnt do to much harm as a do nothing President
harmless Joe Biden - - - - - not really good for much improvement in anything, but perhaps safer that the other democrat options - - - at least he isnt a socialist
Obama has name recognition....plus everyone lives his “wife” Michael.....and all the idiots that voted for him 2 times already could be swayed to vote for that ticket again...plus everyone knows when Biden steps down to start treatments for dementia Obama will move up.

The Slingshot rallies SSITS 2020 will probably go on as planned. We are generally not "packed" into any tight spaces. (Don't kiss any ugly people) I don't plan on changing my plans for that rally.

They said electing Joe is like buying a house for the land ...
dems don't really want Joe they want power and if he can get it for them they will worry about knocking him down later. Whomever they pick as his running mate will be some interesting news. IMO that person will eventually be sitting behind the resolute desk if he wins.

one thing they found out...when Bloomberg was their great white hope to win before he found out he couldn’t .....he can still dump millions of dollars into the democratic tickets by the way.....dems are throwing anything at the wall hoping something sticks... I think they think Biden can beat Trump...because of his previous ....white house experience....at this stage of the game they are already all in on him. They know bernie is a socialist too far left even for them, nut case.... in the beginning they thought everyone would love their far left platform until they found out they don’t...so Bernie was dropped like a hot potato ....they should have learned that last election...he didn’t change his spots. He even helped them hate him more with his love of Cuba and Russia. He Even doubled down on it.
the country is on a crash course and the only thing that’s gonna save it is for republicans to take control of the house, senate and White House....this far left lunacy needs to stop.
