Ok. This is what I have been going through to get larger speakers to fit. I have been through spacers and covers and speakers. It takes a while to get the best combo.

If they would have fit better I would have. Seriously I would have dipped them in bedliner paint and then used them if they were the correct size.

@rabtech I could have saved you the trouble and just sent you my factory speakers. They fit perfect with no modification needed.
(they sound worse than an old fashioned phonograph, but they fit lol)I read that small print... I have several sets of the stock speakers. If anyone ever needs a stock speaker just call me ... I have a bunch.

We used the SSV pods, they are good quality just don't use their speakers, we installed all Digital Designs

the Memphis grill on the 6.75 was way to big. I had to go dig in my pool house (junk storage building) and I found the covers for a set of Rockford Fosgate speakers. They fit perfectly .

I don't know about the LED. I'm kinda into the blacked out look.... but I do like them on other bikes.
My SS follows the white and black generic packaging theme.
Nothing fancy on it.....

Done. These are 6.75" and 5.25" speakers in factory pods.
