How about we put a big white board in a set location maybe on one of our trailers. We can post daily what we are doing, where we are meeting.
Maybe old school and lame but works with every kind of phone and skill set?

Two apps come to mind... one I've used and one I found via Google.
First (the one I've used): Prava
It's an amazing app that will do everything we're looking to do...
Second (and I only mention this because it appears to be a stripped down version of Prava that may be lighter on data resources): FriendLynk
FYI: Verizon has the best coverage, AT&T is second but spotty at times, Sprint ranks the lowest and relies on roaming predominately
and don't forget the name tags. I will have them spread out at multiple vendors. Just placed out of the way. Lots of colors of lanyards at each vendor.
